    Although I paid off my debt collection last year, they dinged my credit again and said its not paid. That is incorrect as I have the statement to show it. I disputed the charge but it still show up on my credit negatively so I am thinking about taking legal action against this fraud of company.

    ******* sent me an erroneous bill and I disputed it with them. Rather than address the issue with me directly they elected to enlist Sequium's help to bully me into overpaying an amount I don't rightly owe. I called Sequium and told them I want to dispute it as the amount is incorrect. The *** was rude and argumentative and continued to refuse to just accept the dispute and continued to ask me clarification questions that have NOTHING to do with MY LEGAL RIGHT to dispute the amount as incorrect. The amount is incorrect. I wish to dispute it. Sequium's exchange with me should have ended there, but instead they side with bullying corporations in an attempt to get people to pay money they don't rightly owe under threat of ramifications to credit score.

    SCAM ALERT!!! They mailed me multiple ********* invoices for $8.64. I have an account with *******, but it is paperless and on auto pay, so the mailed invoice was a red flag. I called ******* and they said it is a scam and that my account is up to date. Now i am getting emails from "Sequium Asset Solutions" stating that the $8.64 past due is now in collections and i should send payment to them.

    They emailed me and called immediately to demand payment for a ********************** (now Spectrum) back payment. When I stated I was on auto pay they backed off quick and said they would contact Charter. ******** said they have never heard of Sequium and it was most likely a scammer.

    Called us trying to get money, claimed to be ******** I asked for verification, she got snotty and barked "why can't you just go to our website" "you need to pay 400 dollars right now" No. So I called ******* they said they never sent me tp collection and never heard of Sequium! What a scam!

    They buy any and all debt they can. Our apartment sold them debt that wasn't even a week old which is illegal. So now we have debt siting there even though we never got 30 days to respond. Also the debt is wrong too. The apartment did not give us a final bill within 14 days of moving out which is an AZ state law.

    They tried to collect a debt that I paid off via money order. I sent in the documentation that it was paid off and resolved via pictures and screenshots. One year later they sent an email saying I still owed this debt. I paid it via their website because I don't want it to adversely affect my credit score. This is the type of behavior that drives people to have mental issues, especially if the debt is too high. Although mine was able to be covered via credit card, this should not be happening. They should be shut down for their terrible and unethical behavior.

    This is a fraudulent company. The insist I owe them money from Spectrum, but I confirmed I do not have any debt with them. They won't give you a reference number so when you call, they ask for your social. DO NOT give them your social. It is a fraud!Glad I checked my credit report.

    Their paper trail of the payments you make is nonexistent. I was not credited for one of my payments and it affected my credit score. I also mistakenly made an additional payment, and I hope to have that returned to me by my bank as I do not expect this business to help me in an honest way. I made a payment plan, and I never received verification that I had enrolled in that. Overall, horrible business practices that do not lend themselves to a trustworthy company.

    They are trying to collect a debt that I do not have from ******* I already verified with **** that I do not have any debt with them and double checked this. This is such a scam and should be shut down for all of the fraudulent activity that they are associated with.
