    This company put fraudulent charges on my experian credit report from att-uverse for ****** I never had Att uverse

    Sent a collection notice to my elderly mother for a cell phone account she never had. Treated her very rudely when she called, did not help her dispute the debt. She called the cell carrier and they never had any charges against her because she never had an account there. Now we still have to dispute the charges so it won't show on her credit.

    I keep getting calls from this number had to ****** it because they never leave a message and always call when I'm working and can't answer. I don't see them on my credit report at all and never have and have never received anything in the mail from them showing validation of any debt owed. I received a email today saying DISTRICT COURT OF JUSTICE. STATING I owe a debt over **** dollars which I do not. All of my bills are paid on time, I am not in debt with anyone to be threatened to be sued in an email. No information on this debt but wants you to pay on something that is not your debt. Please remove my information or present **********************.

    SORRY PEOPLE ..... WORK OUT RESOLUTION SET UP PAYMENT ARRAINGEMENT MAKING 2 PAYMENTS 1ST ONE WENT SMOOTH SECOND ONE THEY SENT DEROGATORY COMMENT TO MY CREDIT AND THEN TOOK FINAL PAYMENT THAT IS NOT RIGHT

    They have been texting me, saying they are a debt collector with a reference number of ********. I clicked the link to call and ask what this is about, but it's a non-working number. I am never late on my bills and do not owe anyone.

    Sequium called me to settle a debt. I at first set up a payment plan. Then they put on a supervisor on the phone to confirm the payment plan. The lady then offered a settlement agreement which I took and paid for. They promised me a letter within 10 days of payment stating that the account was settled. I waited 10 days and no letter. On the 11th day I called them and they said it was mailed out. So I waited another 8 days and I received nothing. So I called again, they told me again that it was sent out on Dec 14 2022. Now it is Dec 26th and still nothing. Tried to log into there website to print one off, but the reference number I have says it is invalid. I am not happy with this company, seems like they lie too you just too get the money and then they don't follow through with what was promised to me.
