I am rejecting this response because:I acknowledge Sequiums statement that they have submitted a tradeline deletion request. However, I reject their assertion of full compliance with the ***** and FCRA.
I never received the Model Validation Notice they claim was emailed on November 1, 2024, nor did I receive any physical copy. Under ***** 809 (15 U.S.C. 1692g), I am requesting:
Full itemization of the alleged debt.
Copy of the original service agreement with ************** bearing my signature.
Proof of delivery for the alleged validation notice (including logs or receipts).
Under FCRA 623(a), furnishing information to credit bureaus without proper validation and verification after a dispute is a violation. This account must remain permanently deleted and all collection activity must cease unless valid proof is provided.
Until these items are produced, I do not consider this matter resolved.
Sincerely,

I am filing a formal complaint against Sequiium Asset Solutions regarding a debt they claim to be collecting on behalf of ********I dispute the validity of this debt. I have no contractual relationship with Sequiium Asset Solutions, and despite my formal request, they have failed to provide the original contract or any legally sufficient documentation verifying the alleged obligation.
