    I have been receiving emails from Sequium Customer Support ********************************************* saying that they are collecting a debt I owe to DHMF - DOMINICAN, a local hospital. I called the local hospital's billing and they have no record of me because I haven't stayed at the hospital. I have used their sister health agency, **************, but I have paid every bill there as well. They have my address, phone number, and email, and there have been no issues regarding payments to date. I can't imagine why Sequium would need money from me, and I don't want this to affect my credit. This feels like a scam situation but I'd like to be sure, so I'm filing a complaint and hoping you can get them to stop harassing me for money I don't owe.

    Hi! I am requesting kind assistance and consideration to my situation. Sequium offered a settlement in the amount of $492.97 (one-time payment). When I called last week of September 2024, I was told this was the most that would be accepted. Can I please negotiate this settlement to $175 as a one time payment. I am facing long term hardship due to healthcare expenses. I am head of household/divorced. I am a disabled retiree and on fixed income. If accepted, can this settlement be reflected on my online account. I can pay it when my social security deposit comes in. I appreciate the consideration during these trying times. Thank you!

    Thank you for this information. I am aware of this; however, that is why Im reaching out as the current 50% settlement offer does not work for me. I am a disabled retiree on fixed income and facing increased health expenses. It does not allow me to negotiate settlement offer online. I would like to offer 20% of balance or $150 whichever can be accommodated in order to fulfill this obligation.
