ARC Management is harassing me and my brother claiming I will be served court paperwork for a debt I never incurred. They have my personal information incorrect as well as a false previous employer. They call from an Unknown Number and harass you and your relatives and its obviously a scam. I never did business with the company they specified and Ive never taken a loan. Theyre out to target people that dont know any better! Beware of this company. They are scammers and will harass you and your family illegally.Business Response

I have received multiple calls over the last several months from ARC Management Group. They have left voicemail about a bill with no information on what it is for. On 7/7/22, I was rushed to the Emergency Room where I was out-of-state on vacation with my family. I had ** poisoning from the Airbnb we were staying at. In that hectic exchange, they did not appropriately collect my insurance and/or address. I learned this because we never received a bill from the hospital. It wasn't until months later (In October) that I received a call stating that my hospital bill was in collections (even through I had insurance and I was never contacted via mail or phone by the provider.) On the bill we requested them send us, our city and zip code were incorrect on the bill (which explains why we never received it.) Attached as evidence is proof of payment from my insurance for the amount of $2,089.00 paid on 4.26.23. I have been in constant communication with ******************************* since 5.10.23. She confirmed via email on 5.18.23 that: "Yes, I can confirm that the claim was processed and paid. We show no patient responsibility," yet it still has not been removed from the ARC portal with the outstanding payment. I continue to reach out requesting an update but there is a lack of communication. Every time I call, I am hung up on or transferred to a voicemail. It is now 6.26.23 and the outstanding payment is still on the account. I am requesting the following: Send a letter to my address stating that the insurance payment has been made and my balance is zero.Ensure that the ARC Portal shows a zero balance.Confirm the zero balance through email.Business Response

***'s reporting a medical collection on my credit report. I disputed the account with them by asking for a breakdown of fees, my signature with the provider of service to release my information to them, and I also asked for them to cease collection efforts until the debt has been validated. ARC response to my request was they didn't have to do anything more than confirm in writing that the debt was valid. They stated that they weren't required to keep files of the alleged debt. They never sent me any documentation from the service provider even though I requested it. I believe they've made an error. Having a collection on my credit report is a serious issue to me. I would like to verify that this debt is indeed mine and accurate, that is my right. Instead of acknowledging the mistake they just "confirmed" that it's accurate without any proof from their alleged client.Business Response

I have received multiple calls and texts over the last couple of months from ARC Management Group. On the dates of June 1st, May 23rd, May 17th April 19th and April 12th of 2023, they have left voicemail about a bill with no information on what it is for. When I contacted the number provided on June 1st 2023, I was unable to get answers on what the bill is for nor talk to the person of provided me their extension within the voicemail. I have attempted this multiple times of the last few months, and I no longer want to be contacted about a bill that has been paid; especially if I cannot get any information verifying what it is.
