    Purchased an item from them off of Gunbroker.com. They called me 2/19/24 to let me know that they did not have my item in stock and that they could offer me another item. I was driving home and told them "that would be fine" when I get home I see that the item is $175 cheaper. I called them back and they said they would not be able to refund the difference. I asked to cancel the order as they had not shipped it. They refused. Item has not shipped and I would like a full refund.

    I have a business/seller account the Gunbroker and I tried to update my Credit card on file to pay my bill and it says I attempted too many times now my account is locked. I am trying to get me account unlocked so I can conduct business as I have customers waiting. I have emailed several times and tried to call the phone number listed which goes no where as I just hangs up on you. I am just trying to get someone to unlock my account so I can pay my bill and get business done. They have been very unresponsive to say the least

    I purchased a gun online (my 5th purchase from them) from Gunbroker, unbeknown to me, my FFL was unaware his license had lapsed and would be a week before he could accept any deliveries. I sent an email to the seller with the name of a new FFL the same day I sent him my payment of $873.00 its been over a week now. The seller will not return any of my emails or texts or phone calls. GunBroker provides NO HELP WHATSOEVER. On their site it says We cannot force a seller to deliver your Gun I have absolutely no recourse whatsoever. Basically Im out $873. What a Scam!! Stay away from this company!!!! I also have copies of the payment and emails.

    I listed a firearm for sale on GunBroker (listing #**********) which was completed on 11/14/23. The buyer paid immediately and the item was delivered but I haven't received the funds due me ($1,643.10). GunBroker has my banking information for the deposit and in fact, debited the same bank account for extra services fees associated with this auction.I submitted a customer service ticket (#******** and follow up ticket (#*******) but have received virtually no responses to my multiple inquiries regarding this issue. The only relevant response was on an email on 12/4/23 where the ** rep responding stated Your funds are currently still sitting in an escrow account and, We've have a few instances of this and we are working on a solution so it does not happen in the future. I have also called the *************************** but after an automatic answer and moving through the telephone tree to the customer service option, the call is disconnected.Ive been a GunBroker seller and buyer for decades and have patiently pursued a solution to this issue. I hope we can resolve this matter but we are unfortunately running out of amicable options as stated in my last (unanswered) email to ************************** on 12/19/********* for the opportunity to have the BBB try to resolve this issue.

    I received a call from GunBroker today.  They asked (by an attached form)for confirmation of checking account number, bank routing information, and a voided check.  I provided these via email today.

    I won't be able  accept their response until I receive the funds due me.  Hopefully, that will be soon.

    I received the funds due me from GunBroker and I now consider this complaint resolved. Thank you for your invaluable assistance.  I had been trying to get this resolved for nearly two months with virtually no progress and the business resolved it within 24 hours after BBBs contacting them.

    I purchased a firearm from them on December 3rd, 2023, around 3 pm. About 6 pm I submitted a cancellation because I found out I couldn't use that type of rifle in my state. They charged me a $700 restocking fee. This is absurd. There is ZERO chance they did $700 dollars' worth of work in 3 hours. They hadn't even shipped it to me yet. This is unethical, to say the least.

    Made payment on 11/30. Order cancelled on 12/3 due to suspected fraud on seller account. Item was paid for using outdoorpay and seller never marked it shipped, thus it is gunbroker's payment system, outdoorpay's responsibility to refund my money. Seller never shipped out firearm and I am out the money. Seller claims they don't have access to their account to even give me a refund. I would like my money back asap. The way I see it, gunbroker and their payment system needs to refund my money. Gunbroker item # **********

    On 11/10/23 I made a "buy it now order". The seller had to cancel the order because the receiving FFL could not be reached. Seller issued a refund on 11)13/23 for the amount of $380. On 11/24/23, I went onto their website to request information regarding the refund status. I have not heard back. I sent a second email on 11/28/23.

    I was charged twice within a week, I have contacted gun broker multiple times and continue to get a run around to the point I do not believe they are even reading my issue or looking at screen shots. There is only one way to contact them and it is through email which. You can send them a page and they will respond in one sentence that is completely irrelevant. Also no credible invoices are provided with charges break downs.

    We have responded to this customer within the only ticket that he opened. We explained that we run one billing for fees and another billing for sales tax, since GunBroker.com remits sales tax to each state on the behalf of the seller so they do not have to do that work. We replied to the customer's last inquiry on November 23, 2023 in Support Ticket #*******, the customer last responded to us on November 22.

    I am a new seller on gunbroker and already sold 2 products using their outdoor pay system. I have not been paid from the 1st item after waiting 2-5 days. I open 2 support tickets and one at this point is being ignored. Gunbroker is holding my money and will not release or try to resolve my issue.

    I made two purchases through Gunbroker.com. The first is for a listing that ended up being outright misleading fraud, the second never got shipped. The first order is for a set of steel spinning targets. The only picture for the listing shows two targets. The quantity for the listing says "1" but the quantity does not indicate whether "1" refers to a single target or the set of two targets that are pictured. Nowhere is it clearly stated what you are getting when you make the purchase. When you purchase something, if there are two of the item pictured in the only picture advertising the item(s), the listing must clearly state that the listing is for one of the items pictured, not the set of two items as pictured. Again, nowhere does this listing clearly state that you are only getting one of the targets pictured. The second order is for a set of silhouette steel targets. They were never shipped by the seller and the seller refuses to respond to messages. I have opened support tickets with Gunbroker through their website but have received no help. I was able to contact the seller of the first order but they told me they wouldn't help me. I want my second spinning targets or a full refund for the first order. I want my set of steel silhouette targets sent in expedited fashion from the second order.

    We received your BBB complaint. We do not see any tickets that have been sent to Customer Support regarding these issues.  
    The BPP claims that you filed, unfortunately, are below the processing deductible and you will need to contact the sellers directly to make arrangements to resolve the issues. 
    For the item that was not received, if the seller is unresponsive, please dispute the charges with your credit card company. 
    For the item that you claim is missing pieces, in the item description of the listings the seller stated that the quantity is one. One quantity was purchased.

    I would prefer to communicate exclusively here because it has been so difficult to receive or send communications from Gunbroker.  Here is my response to Gunbroker, sent through here, not through direct email:

    The listing is misleading. The image shows two targets. Nowhere in the ad does it say that the listing is for only one target. The ad states that the listing is for 1 quantity but it does not say that 1 quantity equals only one target. I was under the assumption that because two targets are pictured in the only picture with the listing, two targets equal 1 quantity. The purpose of having two targets pictured has no other use but to mislead someone into thinking they are getting two targets.

    I want my second target.
