    I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with your company's handling of a simple request to update my mailing address and regain access to my account.Despite having complied with your initial documentation requests, I was informed by your support team that my account will remain locked until I submit TWO of the following: a cell phone bill, utility bill, loan statement, paycheck stub, vehicle registration, carry permit, or other dated itemall dated within a 90-day window. This is an excessive and unreasonable demand, especially given that I am in the process of moving and do not yet have access to these types of documents at my new address.I have carefully reviewed your user agreement and terms of service, and at no point was I made aware that participating in your platform would require providing this level of personal and private documentation, particularly to update a mailing address. Furthermore, locking me out of my account and preventing any communication with the seller is unacceptable. It not only disrupts the transaction but risks my reputation and standing as a buyer.Your policies are unnecessarily complex, especially for a company that acts merely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Rather than facilitating transactions, you created obstacles, waste time, and erode trust. I feel like Im being treated as a security threat rather than a customer.Just to update the address your platform requires TWO of the following:*Submission of government-issued ID *A personal photograph *Verified documents dated within 90 days for the address.And that failure to comply results in a locked account and denied access to transactions

    After two weeks and a little more i was asking for my account be unlooked and nor i has been charge for $32 for service.... no only that, plus if i decide to re publish my item i well be charge for $100 , I finally decided to sell my rifle direct contact on an gun shop. because the super late response . so i don't need the service any more. i will be posting an small claim for the $32,35 on the better business bureau for the return of that amount of money immediately

    We see that this item was listed with a reserve, which is an optional service. Optional services are charged regardless of whether the item sells or not. To avoid the $100 relist, you will relist with edits and change or remove the reserve.

    Made an account on 6/20/24 and 20 minutes later it was terminated for no reason. Support team didn't give me a reason why and won't give my account back.

    I bought a gun on there website an never received it the gun was bought 5/5/2024 I contacted the person that cashed my check an they kept saying they would send out the gun or refund my money an nothing yet the buyers protection plan nothing an its been a year ago 1050 gone by these people are crooks

    Thank you for reaching out. We do not see that you provided all requested documentation for the Buyer Protection Program claim to process. After so many months with out communication, the system automatically closes the claim. It appears that is what happened with this claim.

    I have been a customer of GunBroker since 2016, bought and sold 100+ firearms and ammo. Over the past 6 months, I keep getting a credit card rejection notice. My credit card recently renewed and I gave them the updated info. That was not enough for them so I entered my bank debit card as a secondary source of payment per their instructions. Again, my cards (which are absolutely good) were rejected. GB was absolutely NO HELP. I requested through their fourth rate customer service to please have someone call me to resolve THEIR issues. To date, no calls and they have blocked my account. These people have absolutely no concern for the sellers who are the very ones who generate revenue for them. They act as if they are the only online source for guns and ammo. Someone needs to get their attention and educate them on customer service which they are woefully short on.P.S. I did not want to even give them one star!

    Gunbroker is joke. Their customer service has been nothing short of a complete dumpster fire. I've had my account locked for weeks now after providing every document they've requested to prove I am who I am, missing multiple auctions I had been watching. Every time I message the online only customer support, that supposedly works 12 hours a day, it takes a minimum of 48 hours to hear back. And half the time it broken and unreadable English. I wish there was a way to give them zero stars.

    I purchased a firearm on gunbroker.com that was misrepresented as new by the seller and it was not new and also damaged/defective. I filed a claim with gunbroker.com. I provided all the necessary documentation multiple times as requested and gunbroker.com will not respond. Its been well over 3 months since purchase. Multiple emails have been sent regarding the issue with no response.
