    On 12/9/23 I purchased an item and still have not received it. According to their website, my order has been picked and ready for shipment since 12/12. But I still have not received it. I have tried to email their customer service to find out the status on it but have not received a response. I found their ******** page and called a number that was on their page, but the voicemail box was full. I even have left comments on their page under the product I purchased stating that I still have not received anything. However, after reading several of their comments, I notice that it seems to be a trend where they don't respond back to their customers and their shipments are always extremely late. I would like to know where or when my product will be shipped or when it will arrive. The item and charge have already cleared by bank on 12/11 and I would like to know when my item will arrive.     I ordered on 12/06/23. I spent almost 200 dollars and have been following my order ******. It has been sitting stagnant since December 9th waiting to be picked I have sent 3 emails to their customer service with absolutely no response from their team I understand some delay but its been 2 weeks and no one will respond to me.

    11/22/23: I ordered several items totaling $135.01. It is 12/5/23 and I have yet to receive my items. I have sent an email to the company asking for more information, but now response was given. As a veteran I was extremely excited to rep *********************** This process has been disheartening and dissatisfying. I understand lead times for shipping but over 2 weeks? I want to know where is my order and what steps are going to be take so I can receive the items I chose which were in stock at the time.

    We apologize for the shipping delay with your order. There was a unexcepted production delay with the fur missle shirts. Your order was picked up by **** on Monday and should be making movement within the next business day. Due to being short staffed and with the Black Friday sale our customer service response times have extended. Please allow up to 72 business hours for a reply.

    I placed an order for 2 pairs of shorts not realizing my boyfriend had already ordered. I followed the instructions to cancel my order which meant I emailed their customer service within ************************************* the week before they got shipped I emailed 4 more times, I never heard anything. Once they are shipped you cant return only credit or exchange. They should not have their cancellation process be to email within 24 hours if they arent able to fulfill it. Im very disappointed.

    Order cancelations are not guaranteed once the order is placed. We try to accommodate any order edits / cancelations prior to the order being shipped however, it is not guaranteed the order can be changed or cancelled. If you require immediate assistance we ask customers to call our customer service line to get expediated help. 

    If you would like to return the shorts that is fine, please fill out the form on our return portal and please select "store credit" but please put notes that you are looking for a refund and not store credit. Once the package is received back please allow 5-7 days for the return to be completed.

    As far as I can tell there is no phone number listed on their website or app and the button you push for more help does nothing.

    I placed an order for a pair of shorts for $66 on 7-10-23. On 7-19-23 I was notified that the shorts I ordered was out of stock after receiving multiple emails saying my shorts was on its way. Next they reached me via telephone on a resolution and I agreed to accept a different pair of my choosing . On 7-28-23 the package arrived and to my dismay they sent the wrong shorts. I have the order form where they changed my order to match the new pair I selected a still sent me the wrong shorts. I have emailed them numerous times as well as called and have gotten no response. I want what I paid for I can provide proof of purchase as well the the wrong shirts that they sent. This is the worst encounter *** ever had and the time frame alone is unacceptable .

    Hello- 

    I believe there is some mis communication. The shorts that were ordered were unfortunately out of stock. We reached out to the customer asking if they would like a pair in replacement of the out of stock shorts. The customer wanted our Retro Tiger Stripe shorts in replacement of the pattern that was out of stock. The packing slip is from the customers original order and it does not update once a tracking number has been issued which is why it still shows the shorts that are out of stock. The shorts that were sent to the customer is what the customer agreed to over the phone on 7/19.

    I placed an order back on June 23rd and it was confirmed on June 24th, received shipping confirmation on the 30th, and final delivery was on the 3rd of July. Being out of town for the holiday I did not pick up the package right away and just opened it last night (July 6th) to find that although my packing lists correctly states all 3 items I purchased, only 2 items were actually in the box. I have emailed the company and messaged them as this is a time sensitive purchase that I was hoping to have in hand for a gift by mid-july. After experiencing this situation I did some more reading and was shocked and saddened to find that most of the complaints and bad reviews from this company center around shipping and logistical issues. I am already anticipating being very disappointed in the response because it doesn't seem the original item I ordered and am missing is even listed on the website anymore. Seems this company may need a little help with their inventory and shipping management. I am filing this complaint here as well because sadly it seems for a lot of people resolution is not timely with this company and communication is lacking, and I am hoping to avoid that and reach a much quicker resolution. Item missing: Thick AF Ranger ***** in size small.

    On 6/24/23 i was charged $67.97 and funds were deducted from my account for 2 shirts. I never received a tracking number or order confirmation until 7/03/23 after i had sent an email to company letting them know i was going to report fraud and ask my credit card company for a charge back. Then on 7/03/23, Company finally responded to my emails and said they sent an order number #****** out and a receipt to ***** I contacted **** and was informed they received an order form only but no products or package. I then sent another email out to company with no response. Then on 7/05/23 **** informed me a package was received and delivered but when i went to check it was only one item. I have since sent 5 emails to the company to request a refund per there policy or even get a response as to why i was lied to and charged for items i never received, still no response to this day from company about my order #****** or my request for clarification/refund. Furthermore my account was deleted by the company and i am no longer able to access there mobile app or even sign in on the website to find my order.

    The package was shipped out on Friday 6/30 and scanned by **** that following Monday 7/3. Due to the Holiday the package was not delivered until 7/5. 

    There was a shirt that was out of stock and it was refunded to the customer.

    Made an order with this company over A week ago, (estimated delivery June *****) and it has never shipped (it is now June 16th). I tried to contact the work team via email, phone call, business social media then it extended out to personal media of the owner. Not once did I get a response. My package still hasnt shipped, I then tried to reach out to cancel my order since OBVIOUSLY they dont want my business. Still, no luck. So I contacted my bank and told them about the situation for a chargeback. Stay away from this company. I usually go out of my way to support veterans, locally made items, and small businesses but Ive NEVER had an issue like this with any of them.

    We received 1 email from you asking about your order status which was given this morning. There is only 1 person who responds to the hundreds of inquiries we received on a daily basis. All of our phone calls are also answered between the hours of 8-4:30 EST unless we are on the production floor or on the other line with a customer. Per the screenshot attached your order was picked up by **** and is enroute to be delivered.

    Combat Iron was initially contacted on 5/23/2023 because of length of time to ship product - no response.Combat Iron was then contacted 5/25/2023 because items did not arrive in order - no response.Combat Iron was contacted again 5/31/2023 to keep conversation going about missing items - no response. It is now 6/2/2023 and I still have not been contacted by the company, I would like my remaining products shipped out immediately or entire order refunded for time lost and not adhering to own company policy.
