    I made an order for a shirt on April 25th and almost a month later I have still not gotten the merchandise. On may 4th I inquired about the wait time and they did explain that **** takes **** business days to scan packages. May 11 still at their local ****. They informed me they cant do anything as it has left their building. May 15 Ive been trying to call their **** and do online inquiries but I keep getting the run around. I emailed their instagram page to ask if there is any way they can help me out with the process. They read the messages (sent about three) and they never responded. May 17 I finally got some direction on **** and it required combat irons address. I never got a response. I tried again to make a claim but now I cant because the tracking number no longer exist according to their website. At this point I just want a full refund. The constant run around and research is definitely not worth a shirt.

    I am sorry that you have not received your package yet. **** has lost a significant amount of orders that were picked up the beginning of May. Your inquiry on 4/28 was responded to on 5/2 the day your order went out. Due to staffing there is only 1 person handling all email inquires that come through daily so response times have been delayed. I also went ahead and issued a refund back to your original form of payment.

    Order ****** was completed, and a transaction took place for apparel in the amount of $187.18 on May 1st.I was very excited. Fellow Vet, ***- Criminal ************************ I was eager to purchase and rep their apparel.Since May 1st to present day the fallowing bank statement shows the withdrawal of the above amount of $187.18 My federal bank has been contacted and they are awaiting further instructions. May 1st an automated conformation email was sent stating Congratulations! your order ****** was fulfilled. I couldn't wait for my clothes to arrive. I don't order for myself at all. The company Combat Iron Apparel notified **** they would be receiving a package for shipment by creating a label and providing me a tracking number. The label and tracking were created, and the company Combat Iron Apparel again electronically automated emailed me stating the order has been shipped with the tracking May 1st. May 9th **** tracking stated- No Package Received- Acceptance Pending. The package was never picked up by the carrier or delivered to **** by the company. Emailed the company Combat Iron Apparel regarding my package Not being picked up nor delivered to ****. I understood the company being short on employees it may take a while for a response from customer service. I waited and received No reply from Combat Iron Apparel ***************************************************** or any associate and or ************** to this day. Filed a claim with **** and tracking showed the package remained in *********** where the company Combat Iron Apparel is also located.*************************************************************-7455 **** Federal Agent Conformation # ******** Unfortunately, as of today May 17th **** Federal Agent states on 5/1/23 a label and tracking were created in order to receive payment for the above amount. **** Federal Agent stated their record would show that the company Combat Iron Apparel, and or their carrier, driver, failed to have my order picked up and or shipped to **** post office and or distributing facility. Failed to deliver or give my package order #****** to the **** Clerk in *********** to be scanned into the system to be shipped on May 2nd like their automated email stated. Nothing Shipped. Nothing shipped because my order the package isn't there? So then where is it? If it shipped, I would have gotten an update to which I didn't and or I would have the order by now stated the **** Agent. I reached out May 5th to ***************************************************** receiving no replies to rectify the issue.I continued to wait patiently for my order to arrive. I do just want my order. I don't want a refund. If they don't resend it with a new tracking as this one, I have now had a lost package claim against it. I will then contact my federal bank and have them reimbues me for the amount shown. Again, I do Not want to do this. Please just find my package. Ship it. If its lost, please re-due the order and resend it please. whatever customer service and or management must do to rectify this issue we have. May 17th no reply and the tracking states- No Package Received Acceptance Pending. The package remains in *********** ** so if it shipped why does it say that? If it was delivered to its destination **** distributing center in ****** ** off new ****** road. I would have gotten the updates of accepted, in transit, delivered to distribution center-sent to my local **** post office and updates that it was out for delivery. None of which I received because my order never left the facility. and if it did, please provide evidence of this aside from facilitating a label and tracking number to which I already have. Giving one the benefit of doubt Even if it was a bulk shipment that got picked up and the driver only scanned so many packages out of hundreds, I would have gotten an update at some point in transit to which i haven't and nobody can explain as to why other then they never received the package in order to scan it in order to ship it. Unfortunately, I would later discover Combat Iron Apparel, has a substantial number of complaints with the BBB for recuing orders, taking customers money and not shipping products!? Reading these complaints is unbelievable. To find this out was not only upsetting but concerning being in law enforcement. The one time I order something for myself this happens to me. In conclusion, I believe the company Combat Iron Apparel to be innocent of any wrongdoing. "My order was fulfilled; my order has been on its way since May 2nd and I'm being impatient." ******** until proven guilty. Guilty of misleading customers into thinking the order was indeed sent by the federal service. Not delivering said product to myself and other customers leaving **** to take the heat. Not responding to emails through customer service regarding the issues their having with their customers and myself. How many days till I get a response? Took the $187.18 and sadly failed to have my package picked up. Failing to deliver. literally. No products with No explanation as to why the clothes I really wanted never came. Is Combat Iron Apparel being deceitful by created the label and tracking to complete the transaction? Leading customers like myself into thinking our packages were on their way? Evidence of multiple complaints of such issues will show the lack of logistics and responsiveness to rectify the issues resulting in customer complaints. This is bad for business regardless of one employee handling hundreds of emails. How many emails can be answered in 17 days? Not mine. Not many others either. Are their actions and customer reviews proving such outlandish acquisitions to be true? Id hate for it to be true! That not only myself but other customers have been swindled through ******** adds and discounts into purchasing products from Combat Iron Apparel? Please send me my order #****** Proving myself and your customers wrong. Customers having the same issue as myself had better luck with Combat Iron Apparel on ********. I have received and automated email for a review I did not complete and wont until my order arrives. Yet no email regarding my order? funny not funny. The company replied to the customer and or customers ones your order is fulfilled its picked, packed and shipped. Picked up by **** and its out of Combat Iron Apparel control leaving me and other customers to believe that **** is to blame? They do not have my package they never did. If they did where's my updates, where's my package? I became concerned not receiving my order, accompanied by the lack of customer service to rectify the issue. They failed to communicate and reassure me that my package was indeed on its way. I believe I have been scammed and I will be filing a claim with my bank for reimbursement in the amount of $187.18 having Not received my apparel ordered.This can all be fixed by giving **** my order to which I will then have the **** updated via **** tracking app information.Confirming my package was received by the **** receiving clerk. Accepted by the **** receiving clerk. Shipped by **** out of *********** ** where the package sits. Updates in transit.Delivered to its destination. Please I would like my order.

    We apologize that you have not received your order yet. **** has lost hundreds of our packages that were picked up on May 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. We have been working on trying to get all of the lost packages reshipped out also while trying to get new orders shipped within a timely manner. We are extremely short staffed with only 5 people working here with 1 of those employees being our only shipper and 1 person that handles the hundreds of inquires we receive daily. We will work on getting a replacement order shipped out to you and if there are any inventory issues when our shipper resends your order we will refund those items and get the rest of your package shipped.     I'm sorry to hear that 100's of packages are missing and that your having trouble locating the packages that were lost in transit.

    I'm glad to hear you are working on rectifying the issue by working on trying to get all the lost packages Including mine shipped to their final destinations in a timely manner.This will make myself and other customers pleased.

    I have signed up for alert notifications for items previously selected. I would like to purchase these when they do arrive back in stock. Separate order. 

    For now instead of the - XL Clean up Crew tank and XL Reload tee as requested I will select 3 other peices of clothing due to those items unfortunately no longer being in stock.

    I ordered some shirts and shorts. In the package one of the items that I ordered was not delivered. I have emailed customer service several times with the email provided about the issue. Also found a phone number on ******** to call to try and speak to someone but received no answer. When I attempt to do a refund on the website it keeps telling me that it cannot find my order. I placed the order on the mobile app and the order number provided was ****. However, in my email the order number is ******. I am not trying to create any problems because I like the company's product, I just want the other item I ordered or store credit to buy another if that shirt is not available. I am missing the yellow tactical athlete wolf shirt.

    Placed an order on May 5th and reached out shortly to either cancel or change the order within 24 hours (that's what their policy states on the website) since I ordered the wrong item. Reached out several times by phone, no answer, emailed customer service twice no replies, left commente on their Instagram page and got a reply that instead of a cancellation they might be able to do a change and that a C/S rep will reach out but as of 11:35AM on May 8, 2023 I have not been contacted. Order # is ******. If they do not reach to me by the end of the day today, I would like a refund and just cancel the order. It's a shame because I'm also a Veteran and like supporting Vet-owned businesses but this is not how you operate a business expecting customers will "understand" and leave them hanging. The order still has not been processed and it's not a good look. Do better.

    Before I accept the business response and cancel the order, I'd like know when they will refund the amount ($9.39) that I already paid for. Also, since I paid through an installment plan via Sezzle where I was supposed to pay $9.39 four times every two weeks, need confirmation that once I cancel and get the refund, I won't be charged for anything in the future and the installment plan gets canceled.

    Good evening. On April 28, 2023. I purchased a pair of mesh graphic printed shorts. Order #**** paid $50.38. I used their mobile app, as suggested, on their website to sign up for alerts, including the transaction, processing and shipment. I am unable to get any response from them through email, the phone number, listed on their company profile, or private messaging through the business pages on social media.Upon further review, Ive decided to check some of their most recent reviews out. Ive read over 50 reviews dating today until well over a year ago.I would say that in the last year over 50% of the reviews say some of the following. Unable to contact customer service. Didnt receive entire order. Received the wrong product. No one will answer my call. I have been waiting over a month. I spent $250 and have not received a refund in over five months. These are just a handful of complaints. I have pictures of the reviews. I estimate that there are thousands of dollars in complaints, refunds, insurance claims on packages and missing product.

    Order #****:I placed an order for $59.95 on 3/11/23. I never received a tracking number or confirmation email for this order. More importantly, I have not received the order.     Not sure what is going on within your system, but that is not my email or my address. Please see attached photo of screenshot for my order with correct shipping address.

    Also as a note for the BBB, I did receive a contact back from the company in the form of an email that had stated reaching out via social media is not a proper way to reach out as comments, messages, etc get missed. Reaching out via social media might be an informal way of contacting a company, but is still a valid method. Ive had issues resolved or questions answered immediately through social media from other companies.

    I sent multiple sets of shorts back from two orders (****** & ******) that did not fit and have not received a refund. Can you please update me on the status of the those items that were sent back several weeks ago. ThanksThe above is the email I sent on Dec. 29. I also sent messages on their customer service website and officially submitted a refund request on Tues. Jan. 3, 2023 after having zero success with any of these measures.     As of 1/9 we have not received any returns back from the customer. However, we went ahead and submitted a refund back to the customer this morning to resolve this claim right away. The refund is for $89.15 due to a $5 restocking fee which is stated on our return policy. I have attached proof of the refund and the $5 restocking fee located on our website.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The post office confirmed delivery of items which were a total of 4 short (2 LR mesh shorts and 2 XL mesh shorts) totaling $205 before tax. In my initial complaint i mistyped the shorts count sent back. I have add the last order I made with them on 12/7/2022 as proof that the pervious items did not fit as another reason why the previous ones were sent back. My last order was #****** and was delivered on 12/10/2022. You can see that the size in mesh shorts orders goes from Xl to Lr to Med which *********** me correctly. I love their product, but they have to do better with customer service. $205 plus tax is what I am ask for. No more no less.

    As stated previously, we do not have the items back, they were not delivered here. We do not refund customers without the garments in hand and if the return gets lost or misdelivered we are not responsible, this is also stated on our website. However, to get this resolved we will initiate another refund for shorts we do have here. Please be advised that we do not refund shipping cost and for any returns there is a $5 restocking fee. 

     

    Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account.

    Their website states they can give a refund if item is in new condition and returned within 30 days which I did and they only gave me a store credit. I am not buying from this company again and would like my money refunded.

    Placed an order months ago, I still have order number and confirmation of payment. Never received item it never made it to shipping, wont return emails or answer the phone. They're taking peoples money and still advertising deals, its criminal and something needs to be done about it.

    Hey there-

    We believe this complaint has already been resolved on our side with the customer as the customer accepted store credit for the lost order. Unfortunately since this order is more than ***************************************************************************************************************************** not due to the tracking no longer being available. We offered a full refund or store credit even though we could not confirm the order was delivered, the customer accepted store credit in the amount of $112.45. An email has been sent with this code twice with no response from the customer regarding if they ever received. 

    Please let us know if there is anything else that is needed on our side.
