    Have been seeking my $5,000 refund back from this company and getting the run around with automated messages that someone will be reaching out to me for weeks and no one has called or issued the refund. After the money was paid, we had asked to get a refund. What we were presented with upon signing up turned out to be something different after. We never started any of the classes/courses. My husband and I have made multiple attempts in reaching out to this company to get our money back and each person says someone else will be reaching out to us and they do not. We have multiple emails going to this company and they just give us excuses each time or sometimes they just don't respond at all. We've never been able to speak to a live person, it's always someone hiding behind an email as we have offered to discuss this over the phone to get our money back faster and they never call us.

    On 12/5/2022 I purchased a product from Ecom Degree to show me how to sell on amazon, being that I really didt have the time to watch the videos like that I decided that I would sign up for the one on one mentorship which was purchased on 12/4/2022. This would give me access to someone who will be hands on with me and give me the guidance I would need to be successful at starting my business. After the purchased I reached out to *******, that was the guy who was supposed to be giving me the one on one training. He never responded to my text message. I emailed support and never got a responds back from them. I reached out in the group chats they had for all the students and was told to reach out to support but I had already done that. On 1/4/2023 I called my bank to dispute the two charges, my **** said they would provisionally credit my account the money back while they do an investigation. On 4/3/2023 I received a letter in the mail saying that their investigation was done and that I wasnt getting my money back. Fast forward to 2/18/2024 I decided to login to watch the videos and the access was gone. I reached out to support and this time I actually got a responds, they told me that being that I did a charged back they took away the access. I went back and forth in email about how my bank told me that wasnt getting my money back so why was my access taken away. Most important is where is my money if the bank said it wasnt credited back and the company saying they don't have it. I just a refund.

    Basic Ecom Degree Course: Approximately $1,800.00 Elite Gold Program: $5,000.00 Expedited *** Service: +$750.00 At the moment I became an Ecom Degree student, I was starting another business, managing a family land deal, and transitioning between jobs. The plan was to pay for everything with a credit card and very QUICKLY transfer the balance into a zero-interest business credit account: THERE WAS NO MARGIN FOR ERROR.In early November 2023, I solicited help to obtain my *** and resellers permit. The coach I met with via Zoom stated that wed be paying for the *** service and the resellers permit service on TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS SEPARATED BY A COUPLE OF DAYS. I PAID IN EXCESS OF $760.00.To further complicate things, this coach insisted that I had to use my home address as my registered business address in this process. THIS EXACT SAME CIRCUMSTANCE AROSE WITH ANOTHER STUDENT PRIOR TO MY ZOOM MEETING, AND THIS SAME COACH TOLD THIS PERSON THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME!!! I ended up having to contact the *********************** and pay out-of-pocket to get my address updated. I later received my *** paperwork, but the resellers permit was missing. In addition to this, the promise was made that A LEATHER NOTEBOOK WITH THE NAME OF OUR *** WOULD BE DELIVERED TO US, AND WITHIN THE NOTEBOOK, OR ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION AND OTHER PAPERS NEEDED TO ESTABLISH A BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT WOULD BE INCLUDED. To date, I still haven't received any of the items mentioned above. Additionally, I looked at CorpNet's website, and I noticed that the PREMIUM PRICE OF *** PROCESSING SERVICES BEGAN AT LESS THAN $300.00 ( I paid over $750.00 ). I BEGAN TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS THAT WEVE BEEN SCAMMED . THE VERY NEXT DAY, AN ANNOUNCEMENT WAS MADE WITHIN THE DISCORD GROUP THAT THIS COACH WOULD NO LONGER BE WITH THE PROGRAM!!! Over a MONTH AND A HALF HAS NOW PASSED, AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT, AND I HAVE VERY LITTLE TIME TO GET ANYTHING OUT OF THE PROGRAM.

    Stay as far away from the online course as possible. The disgusting scammy nature of this company is unfathomable. They do not honor their Money-Back Guarantee. I completed less than 1% of their course when I requested a refund. Which is stated on their website, still denied a refund even with 0% completed. Then they spoon fed a generic response stating "our money back guarantee is action based, you must complete all modules and jump through all these hoops within 30 days..." All extra items which are not stated, not provided, nor agreed upon at the time of purchase. They host a pre-recorded seminar multiple times a week claiming it is live. Which it is not. All the content on their website is so poorly put together. It is unorganized, it is less than amateur made, and there are typos and punctuation errors everywhere on their website. Worst of all, they provide fraudulent scripts for users to send to customers regarding "destroyed inventory", "flooding in our warehouse". All bogus, unethical, scammy, fraudulent responses to send to customers. I met the criteria for a refund by not completing any of the course, which I requested in less than 24 hours, and I was still denied by the "head of refunds" who happens to be on of their "mindset coaches". I was strong armed into continuing the course and told I have no other choice. I could tell within minutes of reopening the course, how poorly this is put together and how unethical this entire operation is. I am owed a full refund of $1,497. I have provided multiple screenshots showing the poor integrity of this company. Stating "all trainings are live" when I have screenshots of the same pre-recorded training from 3 different dates. Please whatever you do, do not purchase this course. The customer service team will not help you, they will not budge. They will continue scamming more and more customers on a weekly basis with their pre-recorded" live seminar. There is no element of good customer service from this company!

    I purchased a special Christmas offer from Ecom Degree. The conditions were saying (and I have screenshot of it) - "Our 30 day 100% money back promise. Zero risk for you to test it out. ...... If you arent completely satisfied within the first 30 days simply send us an email and you will receive 100% of your money back. For a refund request to be approved your course completion progress has to be below 50%. If you complete more than 50% of the course no refunds are offered. "I emailed them within 30 days and my completion was below 50%, and someone named ************************* absolutely refused to give me my money back. I attached all the correspondence.

    I have been requesting full refund on my investment of over $2000 from ******************* and his Ecom Degree University. Citibank helped me get a portion of that money leaving a balance of $1791 to be refunded to **** was deceived into thinking that it was a business I was buying into. That was not the case. Upon noticing this after my investment? I immediately requested a full refund. They had a 30 days Money Back Guarantee to which they are not honoring. PLEASE HELP ME GET ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. I have a screenshot of it Keep in mind, my investment was to have an online store and it was referred most as *******************. But when I was charged? It became Ecom Degree University.     I initially purchased their 30 day 100% money-back promise EDU 2.0 course on 4/11/23. This course came with a variety of things including step by step training, a private FB Ecom mastermind, a free call with the founder, a free call with their Shopify expert, among other things. I was then contacted on 4/13/23 by one of their employees about joining their EDU 2.0 Elite program, which GUARANTEES to scale ones business to generate $20k a month continuously. I signed up for their elite program being that it all had a 30 day 100% money-back promise. This is where it all went downhill. I reached out the same day to inquire about receiving everything I had signed up for, but I received no answer. This is when I saw a huge red flag and decided to request a refund 6 days later under their money-back promise. I consistently tried to contact them so that they can honor their promise, but I never received a reply. ************************************************************************************************* to reconsider my request and trust them as my service provider, which I found completely ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I continued for months to consistently request them to honor their money-back promise. I received another response stating that they no longer offer refunds, but they do have a double your money back guarantee if one does not see profit in 60 to 90 days. I then stated that it took 40 days to get a response from someone and that the money-back promise was offered when I signed up and it needs to be honored. They then stated the following, "Rather than offering a full refund, we would like to propose a unique opportunity to work closely with our team to help you achieve your business goals.". I stand firm on requesting a refund, but start getting automated responses from this point on. I proceed to advise them that what they are doing is deceptive advertising which is a criminal violation. At this point, there is a material breach of contract.

    On May 13, 2023, I made a purchase from *************************** for their advertised product, Diamond VIP Upgrade - Ecom Degree University for $27. The primary concern arises from the substantial discrepancy between the advertised and delivered content of the product. As per their marketing materials, the product was promoted as containing "12+ hours of best-in-industry video training," along with additional materials such as the Secret Sourcing Sites, ************* Checklist, and Do's and Don'ts Product List.Upon receipt of the product, it became evident that the advertised content was greatly exaggerated and misleading. The actual video content provided amounted to a mere 1.5 hours, a significant difference from the advertised duration. Furthermore, the promised additional materials were never delivered as stated in their advertisement. This blatant misrepresentation has not only caused confusion but has also eroded my trust in the company's business practices.Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention certain observations I have made regarding the company's associated *************** Within this group, multiple accounts continuously post inflated success stories related to the product. These accounts appear suspicious and could potentially be fake accounts connected to Ecom Degree University or its administrators. While I can only speculate, it raises concerns about the integrity and authenticity of the company's marketing efforts.Furthermore, it has come to my attention that *******, the representative associated with Ecom Degree University, makes a promise during his Sunday workshops of giving away $1000 to a lucky participant. However, there is never any disclosure of the winner or any evidence to support the legitimacy of this claim.     4/24/2023, I purchased the **comm course for $1,497.00. which was supposed to include many things to help get things started. the team involved in the company sent text links as well as email links to schedule onboarding calls with them but not one single link has worked. I sent many messages to the team stating my issues and they only responded when I finally gave up on wanting to continue business with them. I requested my full refund which I thought by the advertising on the home business page as well as the owner himself, ************************* has stated during many of his live videos that if you are not happy with the service there will be zero risk and guaranteed 100% money-back promise with no questions asked. They then replied back saying they "reviewed my case and decided not to refund my money." I have not used their service at all and all I want is my funds back which according to them was supposed to be risk free and guaranteed. I still have not verbally spoken to anyone from this business and I am well within the 30 days to receive my money.

    I'm seeking a refund for an online course designed by Ecom Degree University, that promised a 30 day money back guarantee if you weren't satisfied with the course or ********** results. Well I quickly realized around 4 days into the course that I didn't have the skillset needed or time needed to be successful. I purchased the course on January 22nd and asked for a refund on January 26th. I'm still waiting for that refund. And every time I dispute with my bank they win the disputes. This is my last attempt at trying to get a refund.

In the first case, the customer won the chargeback, and in the second, the bank returned the funds to us.     I am rejecting this response because: They offered a 90day money back guarantee.  They never stated in the promo video that you were required to complete the course to receive a refund before the 90 days. Also there was other hidden  cost within  the program  to get started.  So, for that reason,  I  feel  like  they have shady business practices.  I was totally inconvenienced and over charged.
