  The rating for this company is a negative. Zero. Unbelievable!! Worst experience Ive ever had. There has to be something legal customers can do about this company.

  I have used Red Oak for more than 20 years. They had always been good at picking up all of my trash, including the 95 Gal Trash and Recycling. I have another smaller trash can that I sometimes use, and they have always been taking that too. HOWEVER, now they only empty the 95 Gal Trash can, and sometimes don't take the Recycling. They also have stopped taking my other trash can. I only take my trash to the curb about twice a month, so there are many times that nothing is out there. I do not appreciate them changing their policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have called and it has not helped.

  For YEARS the service was excellent, that was due to the exceptional service provided by my route driver! We now have a new driver on our route (I've been told he is related to the owner) and our service went from 5 stars to 1 star. So sad, but we all will have employees that don't care about their work performance or customer service. When you call you MUST call each week it is missed or they won't give you a credit. Don't wait and ASSUME they will pick up the following week since they missed last week.... they will miss for the second week and the office said it was MY responsibility to call WEEKLY in order to get credit! At least once a month we get a missed pick up and the driver NEVER reports it to the office... why would he, my pick up day is on Friday and he wants to get off work earlier so he just drives on by!!! When I said this to the customer no service clerk, she said Yes your probably right!! Enough said, you get the picture :-(

  Red Oak Sanitation took over our community from WM. We got our bills in November and they had gone up 35.00 dollars a quarter. This is outrageous considering that they never sent us a notice saying our bills were going up. They also WILL NOT pick-up our leave’s anymore something you do not know about until they just left them sitting on the curb. Then you call them and they tell you they’re not going to pick them up anymore. They are charging us 35.00 more and we are getting less service. This is a HORRIBLE company.

  Red Oak Sanitation may be the worst business I have interacted with to-date. They have a monopoly on services and do not care at all about their customers. I have paid my trash services bills on time my entire life. When Red Oak took over for our neighborhood (as the only option), they tried to call me about a bill and admitted they did not have my phone number. So instead of a letter or any other communication, they took my trash cans. I was told my account info is the same to log in and pay - which is also entirely not true. There was some new code that I never had nor created.Finally, they have doubled the bill for our neighborhood in this last quarter saying we no longer have an HOA rate. For context, our HOA had services with WM who outsourced us to Red Oak. Horrible experience, horrible company.

  Astonishing how a company can be so inept at such a simple task. They regularly miss pickups. You call during their limited business hours, they promise to come pickup in a couple of days (And seldom do.) or refund you for the prorated amount for the single pickup. Forget about all the hold times and the time you spend dragging your cans up and down your driveway. They have absolutely no regard for the headaches they cause.

  Horrible company. They have managed to acquire all service providers in the ******* GA area and have raised the rates every quarter. I was paying $76/quarter and the minute they purchased Advanced Sanitation they started with $93 for recycling and trach and now just up it again to $118. This should be unlawful to have such a monopoly!

  Their Service Stinks. Since August 1 they have missed my pickup 6 times. They promise to have the trash pickedup later and never show. They are TERRIBLE
