  This company dropped their trash bin in my yard and I did not have a contract with them. When asked to remove their stuff they refused to come and get it. Then tried to make me pay for trash service. I will be reporting them to the georgia consumer protection division for fraudulent business activities.

  Well, they will only take care of you as long as you have service with them. The moment you have to cancel because they do not service your area. They will really s**** you on the last pick up. I was told on a previous boat pick up or to duct tape two items together and it will count as one so on the next bulk pick up I duct taped mattress and boxspring as well as the bedframe together. They refuse to pick it up, but refused to refund me my money..

  I am extremely disappointed with Red Oak Sanitation on multiple fronts. First, a ***resentative from their company showed up at my home at 8 PM, far too late for any kind of solicitation. My neighborhood is part of an HOA with a large "No Soliciting" sign at the entrance, and I have an additional "No Soliciting" sign right next to my Ring doorbell. Despite these clear warnings, the *** ignored them entirely.The ***resentative was not only rude but also pushy, attempting to pressure me into signing up for services I had no interest in. When I pointed out the "No Soliciting" signs, he was dismissive and acted as though they didnt apply to him. This kind of aggressive behavior is unacceptable, especially in a community with clear guidelines against it.Adding to the frustration, Red Oak Sanitation has failed to pick up trash bins for the past two weeks without providing any notice to their customers. This complete lack of communication and disregard for their service commitments has only reinforced my negative impression of this company.Im incredibly disappointed not just with Red Oak Sanitation for their poor service and disrespectful practices, but also with my HOA for allowing this to happen in our neighborhood. I would strongly advise others to think twice before considering Red Oak Sanitation, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am forced to use them due to HOA contract. For the last 6-7 months they have missed either my garbage or recycling about every other week. Inexplicably they do get my neighbors directly across the street every week. They have been unable to resolve my pick up problem and are quite dismissive in the rare instance I get to talk to them. I have caught them in several lies regarding their claims my cans werent out early enough. I always place them out the evening prior. Avoid this company at all costs if you have a choice.

  I am very satisfied with Red Oak's trash pick-up service. When I contact them I am always greeted by friendly, courteous, knowledgeable people. I recently called to arrange a pick-p for a very large couch. That was handled smoothly and quickly. Then the pick-p went well. I was impressed with the efficiency of the pick-up, and ****** the driver was very courtesy. He is the type employee all companies should have.

  Red Oak did a good job with my continuous weekly service. However, I left garbage out the day I moved and they left all the boxes and only took the garbage cans away. I thought this showed a total lack of class on their part.

  We are forced to use this company for trash pick up as there are no other options in our area. Pick *** are often missed and we have to call to remind them to come pick up trash in our neighborhood.Most importantly, Red Oak advertises that they have green waste pickup. They don't. They take green waste with your garbage and dump it at the landfill. It does not go to a green waste facility. Their web site displays false advertising that they have green waste collection.

  Would give 0 stars. And there is was more to notated than what I'm posting here. Horrible customer service. Denied that they truck who picks up the trash dropped a whole bag of trash and just left it there. Tried contacting the company regarding this and they denied doing any such thing. They are horrible and would not recommend them to anyone. I've seen multiple complaints about the same thing from other customers.

  I signed up with with Red Oak Sanitation back in late August and told that service begins September 1st. I was told that my bins will be delivered September 1st and my pickup will be Saturday September 9th. My bins were not delivered till Tuesday September 5th after arguing with Red Oak Sanitation. I called Friday September 9th to confirm my pickup for Saturday 10th and told me that I was confirmed. I called the office today asking to speak with the manager and ******* told me they where busy and will call me back and that they didnt schedule me for Saturday September 10th and my pickup will be Wednesday September 12th. I have been going 2 weeks now with no trash pick and Red Oak Sanitation doesnt give a **** about their customers. Please stay away from Red Oak Sanitation. They are not worth the hassle.

  The owners of Red Oak Sanitation should be ashamed and embarrassed by these reviews. But apparently they are not, because the terrible service continues. Missed pickups at least once a month. Went almost two months without them picking up my recycling. When I demanded a credit they said they would, but did not! As an added insult, their trucks have left garbage scattered on the streets of our neighborhood. In my experience, when you take money out of someones bank account for a service that is not delivered, that is called THEFT. Red Oak, your day of reckoning is coming.
