      Just observed the new Red oak truck deliberately back over their competitors trashcan (GFL) with zero F$cks given!! Now if it would have been filled with trash, it would be all over my yard.. great job ******* do better next time! Reasons like this, poor customer service, and pricing is why you are losing customers definitely why you lost us

      account#******* red oak took over boommerang then all of a missed pick *** try to call get the run around are there ********** so i close my account .ask them to pick up trashcan they said 8 7 25 i put it out no pick up now they send me a bill for $100.00 unretured cart . they missed 3 pick *** no refund as grand father said some times you get to big for your briches they desever a star. now we wait to see if they respond ******* *********

      On Friday Aug 8th I received a text that my bill had not been paid and that they would pick up my trash can on Aug 11th. I called but only got through to a call center that said they were only hired to take basic information can could not answer questions or take payment. I went online and submitted a query. My invoice clearly states "ON AUTOPAY - DO NOT PAY".We put our trash out per normal on Aug 11th and sure enough, they took it. It's been 2 full business days and they have not reached out to me. I feel like they are having some significant accounting issues and instead of informing their customer base they are simply playing dumb. I've only been a customer for 4 months but looks like I'll have no choice but to change.

      ***Hidden Fees, Weak Security, and a Clunky Third-Party Billing Site***If you dont sign up for e-statements when you open your account, youll be charged $2.00 every month for paper billsforeverunless you call to change it. Theres no clear notice on your bill or in your account about this, and the only instructions are buried in the FAQ.On top of that, if you want to pay your bill online, they charge a $1.75 convenience fee. Per their own website, this fee is supposed to apply only to credit card payments, but we pay with a debit card and still get ************** account management is handled by a nonwhite labelled third-party site with a dated, clunky interface. The weak password requirements make accounts feel insecure, and the site doesnt even show your statement preferenceso you cant confirm whether youre signed up for e-statements or not.Meanwhile, the company spends money on flashy pop-*** about positive reviews and market expansion instead of clear communication, easy account management, or responsive support. It feels like a deliberate choice to keep customers paying unnecessary fees.

      Red Oak Sanitation has completely messed up the best trash service in **************. Throghout July, I have received conflicting information about my account and pick up days. I had no pick up last week and, over the past three days) have called them (waiting on hold for 10 minutes to be dumped into a voice message box that does not appear to be monitored), texted, emailed and submitted messages through the website, but cannot get a response about when (or if) they will be back to get my trash that I have already paid them to pick up. This company is just the worse.

      Wow is all I can say. Our previous company sold out to these idiots. So we get a cancelation notice from them 2 days ago. Fine. I get new service elsewhere. So I call and ask to pay for the 1 pickup they did in july. But want me to pay for 3 months. I have never signed a contract with them ever. So they came and picked up 2 cans, I which was ours and 1 that Boomerang gave. Informed them we had only 1 can. But they took 2. Try and get through on the phone to them took an eternity. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. They are forcing you to pay and take things they do not own.

      I do not do business with ******* and I do not recommend any body else do because the Red Oak sales person was knocking on my door continuously for a long time until I open the door. We have infant child was sleeping and very afraid when he wake up from the hard knocking .Even If I need the *************** , I will not do it because of the sales person I asked him his name he refuse to give me his name. I ask him for his supervisor name he said he it the supervisor if this is the face of ******* I hat to see the rest of the company

      They did not ahow up for service Christmas week. **************** was rude and dismissive of the problem this brought us and all of our neighbors. We asked for a refund for the week and was told they will come next week. If Red Oak does not remedy this we and all of our neighbors all 300+ homes will change our service. We have choices and your rude responses and complete lack of ethics needs some immediate attention.

      I am extremely disappointed with Red Oak Sanitation. They used the same truck to pick up both trash and recycling, which completely defeats the purpose of recycling. This is not the first time this has happened, despite our effort to properly sort waste as required. Were paying for a service that is not being honored, and it feels like they dont care about their commitment to recycling. This needs to be addressed immediately, as its frustrating for customers who are trying to do the right thing for the environment.

      Red Oak Sanitation, *** does a decent job with picking up, and communication when they'll be late (the said they'd pick up the Friday after Thanksgiving but didn't get to it until Saturday). Their billing is awful. After paying the initial sign up fee, the first bill was wrong. They charged me too much and after straightening that out, the next bill stated service till December 31, 2024. I was then billed for service beginning December even though the prior bill stated through Dec. 31. I was unable to view the bill on my account portal and it was only after talking with their customer service representative that they then put the 'adjusted' bill on my account. **************** rep ********* said because of their mistake they adjusted the terms of service (shorter) and billed me for it. ******** did apologize though I don't recommend them for that reason.
