  Complete scam. Dyno sheet to prove it too. Does nothing but blink a light. This company is aware of its scam but keeps insisting it works. Do not waste your money.

  This company scammed me and robbed me. I had ordered an item from this business. After receiving the item I decided to return it the next day as I did not want the item. After returning the item which i have tracking information and emails between myself and the company, they have refused to issue me a refund. These People are openly scamming people. I returned the item well within their 30 day return policy. Something needs to be done with these people.

  BEWARE!!!!! I ordered the three-stage chip tuner., for 2012 F150 5.0.
  When I plugged it in the truck would not start at all, even when I removed the chip.
  I also called, talked to Casey, she said it was something wrong with my truck (that had just been running before I plugged in the chip LOL) and there was no supervisor to talk to OR to call me back.
  Now I have to get it towed to a garage.
  The only reason I gave it a one star is because there are no Negative stars.

  Ordered one on April 2nd, then found all these reviews, tried to cancel order within 2 hours of ordering and got a candid response at 11 pm on a Sunday night saying would cancel and refund, we’ll they took my money and I have no product to even show for it and after many email attempts got nothing, total scammers and someone should shut em down for this, there office is a P.O Box in *** store, big red flag I missed, always do your research as for the first time I didn’t , lesson well learnt

  Ordered a stage 3 for my wife's 2013 Suburban. Gas mileage actually decreased and no noticeable performance improvement.
  They say you will see an improvement after 3 weeks. I received the chip on Feb 24th. Installed it a couple days later. I emailed them on March 27th asking for a refund.
  They said I was outside of the 30 day return policy. Which they are very clear about.
  Total gimmick!!
  Shame on you Thorton!

  Since I've installed this chip my gas mileage has not improved I've noticed no more power on top of that it's made my engine rough idle I've had to replace the fuel rail pressure sensor it's done nothing but cause more damage than any good and when you go to the website for Thornton it's got all five star reviews well that's probably from the people that are running the company leaving five star reviews because my personal opinion it ain't worth the plastic it's made of

  This company is a total scam. Bought one or their chips, and it did absolutely nothing, called them and they said it might of being defective, and sent me another one, but the same thing, in fact it got my engine messed up so I removed it and all engine problems are gone, contacted them to get a refunds, but they said that, my 30 days return period had expired. So I now have a good for nothing, flashing light device.
  I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I urged everyone else who has been scammed by the fraudulent company to do the same, to see if we can put them out of business.
