    You know, sometimes as a consumer youre amazed by how companies, especially online companies who do their best to make things right. And this company did just that. I ordered four of one item and received three they sent out the fourth one immediately without question. I appreciate all theyve done for me. I would definitely order again.

    **************** #1+++. After a lost mail issue Until Now offered a resend for hearing aids. I went 20 days without them. Its so frustrating to not hear. Thru emails and a call it was sorted out. Im so happy! I sent a picture! I wish them all the best and will shop with them again. Cant blame the messenger but hey this time we had to. Thanks again!

    I ordered an Infrared belt and received an item that did not look like what I had ordered. I reached out to ***** and he sent me a replacement (the original item was sent in error) that arrived in a few days and a pre-paid return label for the incorrect item. He was very responsive and speedy in getting me the item I wanted. Great customer service and I will order again from this company.

    Impressed with the selection and quality of the products, but did feel that some of the items were slightly overpriced. Additionally, the shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated, but I appreciate the efforts of the customer service team in keeping me informed throughout the process.

    I ordered an antenna from them. Received the wrong one. Returned antenna and now cant get a refund.

    They automatically sign you up for a monthly membership when you purchase something from them. Difficult to communicate with them, only minimal email responses, no phone communication even though they have a number listed on their contacts. Avoid doing business with this company!

    Last month on the 18th of Oct my wife ordered from this website after finding them online. She said the order process was super easy and went smoothly. Our order got to us within a couple of days to my surprise. We will be shopping again from their website.
