    I ordered a weed trimmer and got one. But all the parts were not included. I have sent a dozen emails with pictures I have tried to call but it goes to voice mail. I either want a complete unit or a full refund. my order Number is *****. You cannot speak with a human with this company. again I sent my order number and pictures. I never got the missing parts whigh I describe in my emails. It does not appear that they give a rip having upset customers like me and many others.

    I placed the order for a retractable garden hose and got an instant acknowledgement but did not receive an email acknowledgement as I always do with other companies. After a couple of days, I sent an email to customer service asking for shipping information and very quickly received a response with **** tracking number which I then followed. I received the item I ordered and I LOVE it. Am very satisfied with the customer service and the product. Just takes longer for delivery than ****** but item was less expensive and still free shipping so definitely 5 stars.

    Placed an order on 5/28/25 and received order number. 6/4/25 product still has not shipped according to website, but they processed the payment. Sent two emails to their support with no response. Called their customer service number just to get a voicemail. This company is a scam.

    My 80+ year old mother ordered 4 snow windshield covers for her grandsons for a holiday present. Was told she would receive a tracking number and never did. She received 3 out of the 4 items. She was missing one cover. She requested for the company to send her 1 more cover. This company wanted her to send pictures of the missing cover! After numerous emails between my mother and the company with no resolution, I decided to step in to help my senior citizen mother to request a return label for a full refund. I had sent numerous emails to this company (which I have proof of). They have responded with the same answer. *************. Then responded that they would give her 15% off. Finally, they would send her a return label, but it would take 1-4 days before they will get back to her. That was this past Monday. It is now Thursday and no response. Waiting too long would interfere with the time frame and would start to conflict with the return policy. This is their scheme. Also, if you read the return policy, all they have to do is send a return label and you don't need a picture unless the item was damaged. How can you send a picture of a missing item!? I have told this company that she is to receive a full refund, or I would take this to the next level by informing the necessary authorities. As you can see, this is one of the authorities I am informing for my mom. I stand by my word unlike Until Times Up.Don't ever do business with this company. They are shady. If I could have given a negative star, I would have.

    I ordered a 5x magnifying glass on a stand for a family member. They state in their confirmation email that I would receive a tracking number, carrier information when shipped. NEVER HAPPENED! I was emailed that they DONT use shipping companies that use tracking numbers to save money on shipping. After many emails, they are now stating that they were getting in touch with **** and it would take 24 hours for a response. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING! I emailed them many times demanding a refund. I had an email stating a refund would show up in 1-2 days with a confirmation email stating refund was issued. As of today HAS NOT HAPPENED! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They take your money and run. Shame on them. ONE STAR RATING BECAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE SOMETHING! THEY ARE A NO STAR COMPANY!!

    Terrible experience. Ordered product weeks ago as a gift. supposed to receive in 3-7 days now three weeks later and I can't get a human on the phone and the email is standardized.Ive asked for a refund and ordered a new gift elsewhere. though I doubt Ill get the refund

    My experience with the company was truly a breath of fresh air. I ordered an item that I thought would make my dads life a little easier. I placed my order on Sept 25th and shockingly I received it on Sept 30th. I showed him the item that I bought and he said what do I need this for send it back!! We went back-and-forth and I ended up sending an email for a return about a week later. About an hour later a *** emailed me back, wanting to know why which I told them. He stated I would be receiving a *** label no later than October 22nd.Received the return label shipped it back and my CC was refunded on October 26th. This whole process was easy and the customer service was outstanding. So cudos to you guys and thanks very much!! *****

    I'm really happy with this weed whacker! It's lightweight but packs a punch - cuts through tough weeds without a problem, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. Also, the buying experience was great. Fast shipping and no hassles at all. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid trimmer!
