    Until Time's up sold me a product that didn't work. I returned it for a refund and tracking showed they received it. They lied and told Pay Pal and the Attorney General that they sent me a refund but they didn't. Instead they claimed the case was closed since they could prove they sent me the product that I paid $42.89 for. After I returned the product and they received it, they requested photographs and videos of it while it was in their possession; Then they threatened to assault me if I opened a complaint against them.

    Hello ******** We provided a refund and the ** closed the case after receiving our response.I've looked back at all emails and there is absolutely no remote instance of any type of threat whatsoever. Please screenshot your evidence so I can take appropriate action as we have never, nor we will ever make threats to our valued customers, and don't take kindly to defamatory accusations towards our company.thank you

    I bought a 990 outdoor antenna from Until Times Up. The 10 percent discount was not applied to my purchase. It took two weeks for me to receive my antenna. The antenna that I got was not the one that I had bought. This one is a Five Star, 150 mile outdoor antenna. The ticket inside the box indicates that it was bought off of ****. I emailed Until Times up by email because the phone number that they list is not a working number. They responded after my second email. I was told that it is a 990 mile outdoor antenna. They just changed the wording on the box because of signal lost due to trees and hills. I looked up the Five Star verses the 990 and they are completely different looking antennas. All I wanted was the antenna that I had bought. Our email conversation was turning into an argument. I wanted to speak with upper management and the person told me that he was upper management. He was issuing me a refund and to send the antenna back. There's a lot more to this and I've kept the emails but I'm trying to keep this short.All I wanted was the 990 mile antenna that I had paid for and waited two weeks for. What a huge disappointment. I don't know if what happened is legal. I certainly think that they are shady and unprofessional. I will never deal with this company again. I just think others should hear my experience to hopefully protect them from having this happen to them. Unfortunately, people won't until it has and they write a review of this business.

    If you purchase something and have to return it, good luck. You have to bother them over and over again. No less, the customer service department. **************** is not their forte.

    We issued a refund within 24 hours of you confirming the item was returned. You may not have seen the credit on your original payment method at the time you received a response from us stating we refunded you, which may have caused you to raise a BBB complaint. It generally takes 2-4 business days for refunds to reflect on your card. By now, the funds have cleared and are back in your account.

    Ordered a device to chase animals away.Didnt work. Called to see if they could help me figure out the problem. No response.Decided to return it. No response. Finally got someone to send a return lable after I sent photos. They received it July 10 (verified by ***** No refund. Called today July 26 early. They were going to call me back. Told them I was not going to hold my breath. LOL No call back.Amazon has better units for a lot less!!! AND you can alway return it with confidence

    I recently ordered a Motorized Portable Stair Climbing Lift Wheelchair for when I had foot surgery. It was such a unique item and thought I was going to love it. The chair came in right away but it just wasnt for me. I requested a refund and ***************************** from **************** couldnt have been nicer. He answered all my emails in a timely manner and followed through until my refund was issued. Thank you again ***** for all of your help. God Bless.

    So I ordered a mini GPS for my cat and according to them ,it was delivered to me....I never received it .. they don't want to refund me or send me another gps. **************** is bad.Never ordering from them.People go somewhere else.

    I ordered an IR Pad from Unitl Times ****** received my order just fine, so I referred a friend. They sent my friend the wrong IR Pad sourced from **************** are refusing to accept the return and refund her. I find this completely unacceptable customer service.

    The web-site clearly states that this company "Supports ******** Local ************ ************ is NOT LOCAL. this company ships from ***** and its very difficult to return any item they ship wrong. They 100% guarantee free returns, however you pay for shipping and they might give you 30% back. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
