I purchased 1 990 mile TV antennae for ***** from this company,as soon as purchase was complete they offered me 25% off on another purchase so I purchased another 990 mile antennae at the price of 59.99.after no shipping notification in 3days I emailed and they said they will ship as soon as possible,when I received a package they were both in the same package but they were 150 mile antennaes,I then emailed them again and they offered a 30% refund for me to just keep these or they would ship the correct ones and emailed a shipping label to returned these and I said the 150 mile antennae were junk and I wanted the 990 mile ones I paid for,he told me to send them back and he was contacting their supplier to have the correct ones shipped to me,after many days I emailed them and said I had not received a new shipping confirmation he said said he will contact them and let me know,after a couple more days of nothing I emailed them again he replied with offering the 30% off again or returning them for a full refund,I said I want the full refund so he gave me the return shipping label again to return 150 mile antennae and the refund will be issued.went to ***** to return and they would only send one package under the shipping label so I sent the one antennae back and then emailed them again to get another return shipping label,they have quit responding to my request for another label,I then sent an email 2 days after nothing from them and I sent another telling them I would file a complaint in 24 hours to the BBB if I had not heard back from them so here I am doing what I said .I hope they send either the correct 990 mile antennae or give me a full refund.if they send another return shipping label I am glad to ship the other antennae back to them..Thanks ***************** I do have the complete string of back and forth emails just can't seem to load themBusiness Response

In July 2022 received a cordless weed eater with 1 battery (88V). The online description stated that the order was to include 2 batteries. Contacted the company's **************** by phone and sent multiple queries through the companies website and via email, requesting to deliver the 2nd battery. Was first told that the battery was on the way, then that the supplier had problems with shipment and was offered a 20% ($21.45) refund of the order, and to purchase 24V battery from that company for $34.99.After I again requested that either the 88V missing battery is shipped to me, or a refund for the full price of the battery issued, the company stopped communicating. Ordered an antenna 7/19/22 received end of July. Did not work ($89.87). Returned 8/5/22 using QR Code they sent me ******* On 8/1/22 company took additional $15.95 from my account for a rewards program that I allegedly did not opt out of at time of check out. I asked for both $89.87 back and $15.95 and definitely cancel this monthly reward program. I DO NOT have my tracking # from ***** I have emailed the company 8/16, 8/17, 8/28, 9/8, 9/11, 9/20, 9/22, 10/4 and 10/18. They cannot find the antenna (which did not even work) in their warehouse, therefore they refused to refund me $89.87 - also they have not refunded $15.95 for the Rewards Program that I do not want. I am still asking the supplier if it has reached the warehouse. I have not received refund from them at this point. There was no tracking number provided from you after the USPS clerk provided you a receipt, which we need to track it back to the warehouse. I will update you shortly if the supplier finds it in the warehouse.
As for the *****, I refunded that in August.
