The product advertised was not the product I received. I contact via phone and email the date of receipt to share my concern. I was offered via email a 15% price discount I declined. I requested a full refund. I was advised to allow 3-5 business day for a return label. Thats when all communication stopped. Ive reached out everyday no response. The original purchase was 8.19. I received a text yesterday from one of your representatives after I received the email. The text stated the following- Hello, I will let my team know that you don't need a 15% refund but need a return label. We will send it to you shortly. I did receive an email with an attachment of the prepaid return shipping label. I will be mailing it on Tuesday as Monday is a Holiday. Thank you for making this right.

Do not buy from this company. I bought something from them and then felt uneasy about it. I did not get a receipt. I looked their reputation up and realized it was bad. I tried to cancel order an hour after purchase but there was no one to talk to. I was able to send an email to their "contact" department that I wanted the order cancelled and to not send me the product. They didn't get back to me until the next day saying it was too late to cancel, that they had already sent it. I asked for a receipt and tracking number. They said I would get them when they were made available. They basically had not sent it yet but didn't want to cancel the order. Do not order from this company. I am rejecting this response because I have received no receipt, no order #, no tracking #, There is absolute no record that I ordered anything. Nothing on their site, And no email of any record. But they took my money. That showed up on the credit card. They have very bad reviews of either not sending anything or sending an inferior item. I resent the fact that an hour after I had ordered it I had read their reviews and wanted to cancel. But there was no one to talk to and no way to cancel online because my order doesn't even show up anywhere. When I called the number listed a recorded voice said they would only deal through mail on their contact site. So I mailed that I wanted to cancel the order and I wanted my money back. This was an hour after I had ordered it. I got a response at the end of the next day saying "It was too late, they had already shipped it, offering no evidence that they had shipped anything or even a receipt of my order. I realize I should have checked this company out before I ordered. It was a moment of stupidity on my part but this does not justify their unscrupulous business practices. I got my bank to reverse the charge for this product because I have sent them repeated messages for them to cancel my order and do not send it (which they ignored). If they had honored my request to begin with none of this would have happened!

I am rejecting this response because I have no idea why any order confirmation would go to my spam. I have never heard of your company until I ordered from you. I looked up why information would go to spam if I haven't sent it there and it said An email typically goes to spam when the email service provider (ESP) or recipient's spam filter flags it as potentially unwanted or malicious. This can happen due to various factors, including low sender reputation, flagged keywords, poor email authentication. I surely didn't send it there. I would have wanted my receipt. I've never bought anything online from any company and had the confirmation go to spam. Again this wouldn't have happened if you had let me cancel my order an hour after I ordered it. When I read your reviews and saw that people either didn't get their products or got inferior products I wanted my money back right away. And I didn't have any record of an order anywhere so I contacted the bank. Your practices did not inspire trust in me.

I ordered a 30in message bed with bolsters set from Until Times Up on April 1, 2025. When the item came it was missing the bolsters and the wrong size was sent. They sent a 24 bed. I reached out to the company to get a return label so that I could be refunded for the wrong item sent per their return policy and was told they could send a return label even after multiple emails back and forth and pictures sent proving that the incorrect item was sent.Initial Complaint

To whom it may concern,On August 24th 2024 I purchased a small animal repellent from Untiltimesup. This item uses solar energy and batteries to deliver sonic waves into the air to deter small animals from up to ***** square feet of the garden. Unfortunately, I found that the item did not deter any small animals, such as birds, from within 2 feet of a fig tree that I placed it near. I requested a refund several days after purchase and was emailed back by a representative who said that I would receive a return label by September 6th 2024 which has not yet arrived. Did not deliver as promised taking people's money and did not have the product. Emails only only answered me once. Pretty much ignored me I ask for a refund been ignored. While a dispute is open, the funds are frozen and we have no way to refund you. If you call your bank to close the dispute we will be able to refund your entire payment, or you can wait the 90 days for the bank to determine the outcome of the dispute you submitted.

I purchased a leaf collection system in November 2023. It doesnt work as advertised and I emailed the company asking if I can return it for a refund. A few days later they responded saying they will check with their manufacturer and send me the shipping label. I waited until mid December and wrote them another email saying I havent received any label and that this should have not taken this long. Their response was almost exactly what they said the first time, they are checking with their suppliers to get the shipping label. This is now 1/9/24 and I havent heard anything yet.Business Response

I ordered a infrared therapy pad for pain relief on November 16, 2023. As of 12/3/2023 I have not received this item. On their website, it states shipping within 4 to 7 days. On October 19th, 2023 I ordered a dash cam from Until Time's Up. It's been almost a month and I still have not received my dash cam. I have sent numerous emails and I get the same robotic response. "Send us your order number and we will look into it and get back to you." Of course, they never get back to me. I've c all their "customer service number" twice and all I get is "leave a message or send a text." And of course I get no response. I don't' even think this is a real company.
