      I had been in good standing with Cricket wireless for more than 10 years I had been paying for the prepaid account earlier than what they were requiring my due date for monthly service was. This prepaid date that I set up was the 6th of the month and no fees were needed to be continuing with any service yet my service was interrupted on the date I had set up to prepay my prepaid service and because I hadn't updated my new auto pay card yet, but my due date still had several days remaining on the previous month my phone service was not working and they were just not understanding anything about what I was saying I know I wasn't able to receive any calls from the device or call out either the only access I was getting was VM and I could only see the messages and not listen to them. I've never had anything like that before and never had any other type of issues but since I decided to go to a different provider that money that was supposed to be able to get me another month of the service I was not able to get it back even though the due date had not been due yet so I lost $30 it's not the amount that some people might be affected by it's the principal of the whole thing because of how long I had paid for my service and always paid in the advanced way and the way I received my income once a month I would make sure it was paid earlier than needed but they decided to cut me off and not refund any of my prepaid prepay fee that's just rotten business and I am not going to stay with a company that practices themselves in that manner. I do however have a hope cross my fingers for a refund on this $30 amount

      On 8/17/24 around 2:19pm ******************************************************************* I decided to upgrade phone. Although the sales associate ***** was nice they failed to inform the following: Power cord for phone was not adaptable to wall outlet along with no AC outlet plug included in box. She also failed to mention that sim card was email and not physical to put into phone as to when I opened the box. When I got home across town I opened box and noticed the missing items. When I looked at receipt there was NO NUMBER OF STORE LOCATION to call and ask about my issue. The number you provide is a DOES NOT allow you to speak to NO ONE. When I call your support line I got ***** from *********** (outsourcing jobs) I was on hold for 19:35 minutes after speaking with him and asking for supervisor I was put back on hold by this time I was driving back to store location (GAS NO CHEAP) and when arriving at store I showed store associate **** my phone still on hold at 49:13 minutes. This is not customer service and definitely not worthy of a smile like your menu prompt says. Who ever or if ever reads this feedback in this day and age of social media customer feedback reaches far more people. When I work YEARS AGO with a company that purchased Cricket we did not have this type of service or lack of. Not to have a phone number for a customer to reach a store is unacceptable. Cricket did away with senior discounts and all discounts. I also had to make another trip with my disabled spouse to speak with someone. I will be making it my mission to let EVERYONE KNOW how Cricket has gone down in a spiral direction.

      Tried to get service with cricket and cancelled immediately rejected shipment and never received order got an email even confirming they would not charge card and yet was still charge. They keep saying file dispute with bank but refused to give payment on that dispute now I am out of ******.

      On 2019 I got an Iphone 7 plus and stayed with them for 3 years, I got my pin number that I wrote down, now on 2024 I called to unlock the Iphone 7 plus and the pin is not working, then they told me I have to answer the security question, Asking for who was my first boss. They made up that question because they had never asked me that question before. I will never pick that question because I don't even remember who was that. Since they were not able to identify me on the phone, they asked me to go to a store and bring my ID to identify me. I did but they said they can no open my account because I do not have the pin or the security answer. The pin or security question is to identify myself, but they do not accept my ID in person, so no body, not even the supervisor was able to help me. Thy never unlock the phone and told me they were not able to help me. They told me I have to get services again with them in order to log in to my account.Not fair for the consumers if not willing to do business again with them.

      I have been a Cricket customer for 2yrs I will be canceling my services with this company due to lack of support! My service has been down for 6 days now I have missed important calls from doctors for my sick premature twins! I expressed my concerns and was told its nothing that can be done I have to wait until it comes back up! No Accommodation, No Concern, No type of care, and yet I was still told I will have to pay my monthly bill in full! I used bridge pay until my service was restored they took my money 55 dollars suspended my account and now making me pay 106 dollars to restore my service! Let alone the service is still not working I rate this company a -0 this is the most horrible service I have ever experienced since ***** I do not recommend anybody to get Cricket Wireless

      I have been a Cricket customer for 10 years and will soon be canceling my service because of this incident. I went in store to get help with my phone service, and was told an option would be to reset the **sim. The employee ************ told us that if the reset does not work, then we can get a refund for it. The reset did not solve the problem, we were able to later fix the issue ourselves. He gave us a receipt and told us to contact customer service to complete the refund. I then had the following calls with customer service- 27 minute phone call at ****** on July 11th, 2024 , on this call I was told that I would receive a refund as a courtesy. She said that it should have been done in store, but she was sorry for the inconvenience and she would process it for us. That refund never came. 51 minute phone call at 1:17pm on July 24th, 2024 to 611 , with ****** and ****- They said they would review the call recording and call me back. 6 minute phone call at 3:12pm on July 24th, 2024, with ****, they refused the 9.99 refund, she wouldn't answer my question about what the recording said and whether or not it was stated on the call that I would get a refund. As I continued asking her that question, she refused to answer the question, she just kept saying that the option of a refund was unavailable at this time. I asked for an employee ID to be able to contact corporate, and she refused to give me any information. She then hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. This is not the way your customer service should be operating, please review the phone calls and try to maintain a higher level of professionalism with your employees.

      Signed up for cricket in April, told the employees at the location that I will be going to ***** this summer and they said it should be a problem. Just before leaving I sign up for "international talk and text". I arrive to ***** and NO SERVICE! Got on wifi and finally talked to cricket and they do not have service out of *************, they refused to unlock my phone so I can use my phone with a travel sim card, and only refunded me half of what I spent on the international talk and text... Ooo $7 back, wth!

      Haven't received my refund!! I purchased a phone online, returned it within the 7 day return policy timeframe, and haven't received my refund! Called customer care and the warranty **** and no one will give me a straight answer and I've even been hung up on several times! This has been ongoing since April. I've been a loyal customer for years,, but this will cause me to end my service with them. Note to anyone- don't buy a phone online, buy in store so you can actually get your money back!
