I have placed multiple orders for SweetDeal certificates, but none of them have been received. I have submitted multiple support tickets regarding these orders and was informed they were "reissued," yet I never received those either.Additionally, after submitting support requests through your form, I did not receive a ticket number, and there appears to be no other way to contact support. Given the ongoing issues, I would like a full refund to my credit card for all orders placed.I also want to express my frustration, as it seems that every time I purchase a SweetDeal, there is an issue with my order. On December 13, 2024 I purchased 2 adult ski tickets for $80 for ******************* ski resort in **. It was called Rockin Rewards. The confirmation email said I would receive a white envelope in the mail that said IncentRev. I never received it and my account was charged. There is no contact number for the company. Ordered gift certificates on 10/25/2024, received an email stating they would be mailed in 7-10 business days, never received. submitted a ticket to sweet deals and they told me they emailed them, never received the email, submitted another ticket and was told the same thing. The only email i received was a receipt for my purchase. these were bought for Christmas. I've tried to reach out numerous times with no resolution. There is no phone number for me to contact. I just want these in time for Christmas.

Bought a 100 gift certificate to Melting Pot for ***** on October 18 as part of a GreatDeals promo on Fox 31 KVDR ******. Got a letter confirming but no certificate. **************** only allows a form completed form been in touch with customer service rep. **** who said there were mailing issues, said on Nov 22 to wait a weel and see last communication Dec 2 when he said he woud look into it and no response. No way to call via phone and all numbers I did detective work to find do not work . Need certificate or a refund. On 10/18/24, I placed an order through Sweet Deals for 2 certificates @ $25.00 each plus $7.90 shipping charge for a total of $57.90 for ********* Pizza ************ (receipt *************** #s are attached). As of today, 12/9/24, I still have not received the 4 vouchers that were $25.00 each (total vouchers/certificates equal $100.00) Each $25.00 gets you $50.00.I completed an online form for help on 11/11/24, 11/21/24 & 12/3/24 (which is the only "communication" that can be done with this company) with no response!I still would like to have these *************** would have been nice if they would have resolved this without me contacting the BBB, but I feel now that I don't have a choice.

I ordered 2 gift certificates for 25 dollars each, the deal was to get a 50 dollar certificate for 25. I paid ***** on October 25th, the website says they will be sent in 7-10 business days. I was not receiving mail and emailed the business. I only received an automated response. Emailed again at 28 days asking to reissue since they still hadn't been delivered. The **************** person emailed me back asking for my order information, which was included in the communication already. I gave the information again, then nothing happened. I emailed a 3rd time to see if the certificates were reissued, the response was 'No, did you receive them yet?' I told the representative 'no' for the 4th time, and asked to please confirm they are being reissued. Again, waiting over a month later to find out if they are ever going to be reissued or refunded. What a nightmare of an experience.

I purchased 4 *** tickets on 06/11/2024. I tried to redeemed the voucher today per the instruction. However, all of the vouchers I tried to redeem shows "Voucher code has already been redeemed" on all 4 tickets. I have not redemeed any of these tickets before. There is no vendor phone number to contact. I tried to email them from their website many times but their website keep giving me the errors.

On September *******, I purchased 3 half price tickets to the *********** from incentRev. I received a confirmation email detailing the order number and a promise of delivery in 7-10 business days. I have repeatedly tried to email the company with no response. There is no phone number listed to call them. I have not gotten any tickets or a reply of any kind.

I purchased 2 certificates for the Lumberjack Feud in ************ TN from sweet deals a while back and we went to use them this past Sunday and I was told they no longer accept them and I would need to contact sweet deals to get reimbursed or I could pay additional money which was about $85 to watch the show. I would like my money back from sweet deals.
