I paid $49 for a travel deal on Sweetdeals.com and was sent an email with a link to reserve dates and also within the email was given a expiration date of 03/30/2025.This company/LLC is a fraud and scam artist. Buyer beware.

Purchased Sunburst Railbike tickets on Jan 31st. Received email confirmation with order number *********. Two tickets total price ******. Was advised would receive certificate in mail within 7-10 days. Had been over 28 days. Tried to contact via email (no phone contact) twice to see where my certificates are. No reply from Sweet Deals

I purchased vouchers. The merchant refused to accept the vouchers. I tried to contact Incentrev but my messages fail to send (I received error messages).

I bought 3 Gift certificates from this business from their Rockin Rewards program. The offer stated that it would be mailed within 7-10 days from purchase. I never received email confirmation on two of them. The other one I did, but never received anything in the mail. My credit card was charged three times for the amounts. When you try to contact them on the website and fill out the complaint form, you get no response. I called the phone number on the bank statement and got a recording that they don't answer calls.

My complaint involves a purchase that I made to IncentRev, Incent Rev Sweet Deals, or 50/50 Fridays (aka). Company sells half-off certificates. I purchased mine via 50/50 Fridays website that was advertised on **** radio, ********** WI. On 12/I05/24,, I purchased a Taproom Card to get two flights at 7 different taprooms for $84. ($168 value). Expiration: May 31, 2025. I used my credit card.When I hit the final purchase button; while looking at the computer screen, I noticed that I entered the numerals of my address wrong (one numeral was incorrect). In a panic, I IMMEDIATELY went to the **************************** screen and explained what was done. I never received a reply. I waited until after the stated receive-by date and went to same website screen and stated that I still had not received certificate. No reply. I emailed the company of my error at basically the same time as I placed the order. Also after the error, I made an account on the website with my correct address; for clarification purposes. So disappointed.

On Sept. 6, 2024 I ordered two sets of Panera Breads certificates from the Sweet Deals promotion for Panera Bread. The promotion was five $10 certificates for $25. One set was for me and the other was a gift for someone else. As of today, I have not received the items. The order number was ********* and the amount charged was $57.90. Including today, I have emailed a contact form to them on 11/6/24, 12/6/ 24, 12/11/24, and 1/25/25. I have not received a phone call or an email from anyone at the company. On the last three forms submitted, I requested a refund for my purchase. I usually ordered these certificates every time they became available. This experience has changed my mind. I would rather order directly at ************.

**************** had me input numbers into ****** for a refund that sent money to a debit card not mine. I stopped all transactions in time so as not to lose money but I believe that is what would hava happened had I not.

Sweet Deals Order Confirmation Name: Thinley Dolma Order # ********* Purchase Date: 2025-01-23 I purchased $10 CHICK FIL * Gift voucher for $7.50. The link to redeem and open the gift card number doesn't open. It also says F*ILED and REDEEMED even though I didn't use it. The sweetdeals website also doesn't allow me to contact customer service and it shows error.What a garbage website that sells expired redeemed gift vouchers. I want a valid gift card code emailed to me plus compensation for the one hour wasted trying to contact them and trying to open the voucher.

I purchased on December 1 discount restaurant certificates in the amount of $86.85 (including sweet deals fees). The amount was charged to me. The certificates were supposed to be mailed to me, but I never received them. I have contacted the company four times in the last month about this matter and have not received any response. I asked them to resend my certificates....nothing. I asked them to call me.....nothing. I asked for refund.....********** the past I have purchased certificates from them and have been very satisfied. However, I have no intention of giving away that much money, and am offended that I have not received any response from them after repeated attempts to directly solve the matter.
