    I haven't gotten to use my sweet deal yet. I contacted customer service and before the day was over they had it all taken care of and resent out. I love the sweet deals and they do a great job taking care of everything!

    I wish there was either a chat or phone option available to chat or call someone with an issue with certificates. I felt my issue took a whole lot longer emailing back and forth, waiting for a answers, then if i either chatted or talked to a live person. Plus filling out the form needed a ton o info that i luckily had saved that had the additional info i needed for the report

    I had an issue with a voucher getting redeemed that I didnt jot redeemed and they reversed it and fixed it for me in less than 30 minutes! Definitely will be purchasing through them again!

    Waited almost to the deadline to use my SweetDeal but come to find out they closed! Contacted customer service, shared a copy of the voided vouchers along with a screenshot of their ****** site where it had they were closed.Opted for and chose another SweetDeal. No issues - now just waiting to receive the new vouchers. No issues at all!!

    I made a silly error and redeemed my Deal as if I was the merchant. I didnt think I would able to have it reinstated. Reached out to costumer service and they responded within 3 minutes and had already reinstated my Deal! So impressed and thankful!
