5 starsI haven't gotten to use my sweet deal yet. I contacted customer service and before the day was over they had it all taken care of and resent out. I love the sweet deals and they do a great job taking care of everything!

3 starsI wish there was either a chat or phone option available to chat or call someone with an issue with certificates. I felt my issue took a whole lot longer emailing back and forth, waiting for a answers, then if i either chatted or talked to a live person. Plus filling out the form needed a ton o info that i luckily had saved that had the additional info i needed for the reportSweetdeals.com

Contacted customer service, shared a copy of the voided vouchers along with a screenshot of their ****** site where it had they were closed.Opted for and chose another SweetDeal. No issues - now just waiting to receive the new vouchers. No issues at all!!Sweetdeals.com
