      Dear *********************,I hope this letter finds you well. My name is *********************, and my wife and I reside at *********************************************************************. I am writing to you as a concerned husband and dissatisfied customer.I am reaching out to express our strong dissatisfaction with the settlement offer we recently received in relation to our damage claim against your organization.We understand that reaching a fair and reasonable settlement can be challenging. Nevertheless, it is essential that the offer takes into account the full extent of the damages experienced by me and my family. Unfortunately, the settlement offer we received fails to consider the following key factors:1. On Friday, September 1st, 2023, Labor day weekend , without any prior notification or call, a representative of your company began hammering outside our home in the morning. This sudden noise startled our dog and abruptly woke my wife.2. ********, my wife, approached the gentleman and inquired about his activities. He informed her that he was working on behalf of Arrow Exterminators and pointed out a leak in our yard that we were not aware of. My wife expressed her intention to seek clarification and resolution about this In light of the situation, we kindly request a reassessment of our claim and a revised settlement offer that adequately addresses the damages we have suffered. We believe that a fair and equitable resolution can be reached through further negotiation and consideration of the aforementioned incidents.We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt response.       They have taken advantage of my disabled & elderly Mother. She signed up for a "contract". Contract stated if you are still having problems after service that you would come back out to fix it. Well we have been a customer and under contract for 14 months since July 2022. We have a very bad case of infestation of roaches. In those 14 months the quantity has not went down at all it only increases rapidly. We called & spoke to 2 different receptionist & was told a manager would call me. Manager did not call, so the next day I called again & finally he called me back. I explained the issues going on. We asked for a FULL refund. We have not gotten the results we need. I wish she would have looked at the reviews & ran. I do not know how they are still in business. I had 3 exterminators come out and to no avail. My Mom is owed $226 plus any other thing you charged her. We need a full refund, this is unbelievable at such poor customer service. When a customer complains about their service they want a solution. Well we have to go find a professional exterminator since clearly Arrow Exterminators failed the job at hand. When I did finally speak to the manager he stated we can come back out and do a deep clean out & treat for all bugs. I expected him to say this trip is on us since we have failed you. No instead he says It will be $94. I could not believe the response he gave me .I am very disappointed and I do not appreciate you taking advantage of my Mother. Please issue a full payment of everything that was charged.

      9/26, ******* am - employee was servicing my neighbors and parked van **** (RGC8266) too close to my driveway such that it was difficult to put out trashcans w/o blocking my drive/mailbox, forcing me to squeeze between him/truck. I asked him to pull forward a little but he said I had enough room. I explained why not but he ignored me. it would have taken him 2 secs to pull forward a few feet (he hadn't started setting up yet). have pictures. needs some training on manners and being reasonable rather than purposely obstructive and rude

      I am so sorry that this occurred. I will make sure that the manager of our *********************** speaks with our service professional about this. I will also ask that he shares this instance in a service center meeting with the entire group so that a situation such as this is not repeated. Again, I apologize for that ************** did not pull forward as you requested.

      The driver was treating my neighbors house and parked on my property in front of a no parking sign. I asked the driver to move his truck and he became threatening towards me. I called the company and talked to the manager and he backed up his employee. This is totally unprofessional behavior from this company . Client be ware

      We apologize for any misunderstanding with ****************** and our employee was unaware that he had parked in a roundabout owned by ******************. Our employee had just completed our service to the neighbors property and was leaving when confronted by ******************. Our employee apologized and left. ****************** called and spoke with our Manager and requested that we not park in his roundabout. We agreed, had a meeting with our employees that service accounts in that neighborhood to ensure we did not inadvertently park on or adjacent to ******************** property. However, ****************** requested that we do not enter the neighborhood. We explained that we have several of his neighbors as customers and would enter the neighborhood to service these accounts. However, we will not park on his property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused ******************.

      It appears that this company does not respect customers. On multiple occasions technicians appear unannounced at our home to offer pest/termite service without appointments. We have expressed over and over again to only come when appointments are made. Under no circumstances should a pest control tech arrive for service as a surprise. We schedule workers to allow respect for each attendant who arrives. Today ARROW showed up again interfering with our yard crew as they had a time crunch due to inclement weather. ARROW said they were here to do a check of termite stations after we specifically spoke to them last week asking to wait till our crew is finished their part of the spring planting of flowers and the job our crew is hired to do. Then we would schedule the termite stations to be checked. Again their disregard for clients is quite obvious! This type of behavior sadly seems to be a pattern. After multiple attempts via phone to correct this the only response is that they have put it in our file. The question is who reads this file since the problem persists? ARROW EXTERMINATORS seems to want to Exterminate the customers as they are now becoming The Pest!
