We are currently selling our home and were wrongfully charged account without authorization. The buyer was supposed to be billed. The guy that came out ****** did not properly explain what was being done and even mentioned we would not be charged without consent. They are predatory and didn't even come back to finish the job. Terrible company.

I spoke to Mr. ********** several times yesterday. He initially called to say that he, nor his realtor, had any knowledge that we were ever scheduled to even inspect the home, nor do a treatment on it. I researched it and found that we had notified the seller's realtor that we would be going as a part of the buyer's home inspection process and had been hired by the home inspection company. The Buyer's realtor asked us to move the inspection up a day from originally scheduled due to their Due Diligence being up. We again notified the Seller's agent of the date change. When our Home Inspector arrived, **** ********** was home. After the inspection, the Home Evaluator notified all parties, including **** ********** that a *** letter could not be issued without treatment and Sentricon being placed around the home. **** agreed to the treatment and signed the agreement. She also provided her credit card for payment. They then called the office together to schedule the treatment. The Home Evaluator told her that payment would be ran after the treatment was complete. He indicated on the Inspection Disclosure that was also sent to the listing agent that the seller scheduled treatment and provided payment information. The treatment was completed on 9/15/25 and the card was charged on 9/16/25 as agreed to. I spoke to Mr. ********** again and let him know all I had found. His response was that he had to call someone and would call me back. He did return my call a few minutes later and at that time, confirmed that his wife did indeed sign the agreement. I let him know that in light of the signed agreement, the disclosure that states the seller was scheduling and paying for the treatment, and the fact the work was 100% completed, I could not refund his money. Thanks, ****** J ******** ************** Manager P ************|C ************ ************************************************************************************** ************************ Voted Top 10 USA Workplace 4 Years in a Row

I have been a customer of ******************** now for 2 years. My previous ******************** was inconsistent and we continued to have pest problems. Since becoming part of the Arrow family all of my pest issues have been under control. The staff are all very professional and want to make sure we are happy with each service visit. I have not had to request a follow up visit since Arrow has been taking care of my pest control needs. Our Service Technician is ****** ******, he treats us like family and ensures we remain pest free between service calls!

On May 17, 2025, I was referred to Arrow by my vet to deal with small roaches. A very nice tech came out to provide a quote. t that point, I gave the tech the quoted $190 for the initial service. When a supervisor came out on 5/21/25 to spray inside and out, I had worked very hard to clear out the rooms I saw were affected for the three days prior (I have a bad back). The super was really sparky that I hadn't boxed up the whole house, saying this stuff will limit the service and something to the effect of I will have to work with what I've I've got. The words were irrelevant, it was his judgmental attitude that was traumatizing even to this date almost 2 weeks later. While, the spray outside seems to be working, I continue to see adult roaches crawl out as if there was no treatment. I had been told to expect some activity in response to the treatment, and hatching new babies in 3 weeks requiring at least several followup visits at 3 week intervals at $90 each. It took me 4 days to recover from the prep for this service and I am still upset with his attitude. Needless to say, if the problem persists, I am not going with Arrow due to the traumatic experience.

We decided to end our service this year but our contract was not over until June 30. We thought we would get a final termite check since it had been a year since they were out. Someone came yesterday but he did not do anything except take up some of our termite ports and that was only because I mentioned them. He said one showed some tunneling, did nothing and left. I called the office today and was told they would not give us a final check because we did not renew with them. We had our service for 5 years giving them hundreds of dollars and we didn't deserve a final termite check?

Avoid ************ at All Costs Discriminatory and Unethical Business Practices! Veterans BEWARE!!!If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Their refusal to provide a termite inspection to a veteran simply because they live in a townhouseunless the entire HOA signs a contract with themis beyond unacceptable. Its nothing short of predatory and discriminatory business practices.I am a veteran and a townhome owner (I was seeking a termite inspection letter.) Like any other homeowner, she has the right to ensure their home is safe from termites. Yet this company coldly turned me away ( after completing the inspection and determining my unit did not have any termites), prioritizing profit over doing the right thing. Rather than treating each homeowner as a valued customer, they strong-arm entire **** into exclusive contracts before they even consider providing service. This is not how a reputable or ethical company operates. Its how a company that cares only about squeezing every last dollar from a community operates. If youre looking for a company that actually values its customers and provides fair, professional servicelook elsewhere. This company clearly has no interest in helping individuals, only securing large-scale contracts at the expense of those needing their services the ******* deny a veteran the because of a technicality they arbitrarily enforce? Disgraceful. Steer clear of this company, and take your business to someone who actually respects homeowners and their needs.

In response to Ms. ******** we tried to accommodate her request. However, based on the information she provided, we were unable to provide a termite letter due to the potential liability associated with the property location (Townhome middle unit). This information was communicated to her at the time of her request.Regrettably, a newer employee was assigned to the inspection and did not provide this information during the inspection itself. However, she was informed upon the completion of the inspection. We had no prior knowledge of her veteran status and work with numerous VA loans and veterans on a regular basis. Therefore, her assertion that we turned her away is inaccurate. We simply could not accommodate her request for a ***** for her Townhouse based on the location that it was a middle unit. We conducted the inspection and, based on our findings, did not charge for it.We did, however, inquire if her homeowners association (***) had a termite warranty with another company. She responded that her HOA was of no value and that she could not obtain coverage from them. (She used an inappropriate profanity.)I apologized for the inconvenience caused and instructed her that she could try to contact another termite company that may be able to provide her with the information she sought. ******* J ******** ************** Manager P ************|C ************ **************************************************************** ************************ Voted Top 10 USA Workplace 4 Years in a Row In response to Ms. ******** we tried to accommodate her request. After looking into this account, we have responded to Mr. ***** every time he had a concern. Mr. ***** is currently a quarterly pest control customer has not had ****** services with us since August 2021. In December of 2024 we did receive a call inquiring about mice getting into his home, our SP went out and gave him a quote for rodent boxes. In January, our SCM visited the home and spent a couple hours inspecting the property looking for rodent activity and signs of entry. During this inspection we did find signs of activity in the basement and signs of flying squirrels in the attic. Because we do the pest control, we did put out some monitor boards to help with the mice. At the same time, we referred him to our local ************* SC to look at an exclusion. Mr. ***** travels a good bit, and this allows for some delay in response time. Our HSC was there on March 11 and was able to quote a full exclusion of the property, we have not received a response as of today. Pictures were taken for documentation if needed. ***** ******** Region VP of Operations P ************|C ************ ********************************** ************************ Voted Top 10 USA Workplace 4 Years in a Row

We have been using Arrow at our home for almost two years. I have been pretty satisfied with our service until a termite inspection that was included in our quarterly rate. The technician did not call on his way to our home, which they have done every time up until then, and woke up my 6 month old son. He then called to ask if he was at the right home and I said yes that it was and it was okay to do the inspection. I asked him to let me know if there were any issues when he was done. I never heard anything from that technician and no one ever called offering us termite services. I was sent an offer which I signed because I assumed it was me approving what they done at my home, which was a FREE inspection. About a week later, someone shows up to mark our yard for lines and said Arrow had sent them. I had no idea what for, but said that was fine. Then about a week after that I notice there were things stuck in the ground all around our yard. No one called to set up an appointment for that or get approval to come on our property where we have dogs. Fast forward, I get a $450 bill from them for termite coverage. We have no termites, but because I overlooked this offer that looks identical to other paperwork they have you sign, I was signed up for something I did not want. I called and spoke to the lady in the office and she was understanding and said they could remove the charge and remove the things from our yard. I explained we will be moving in 3 months and there is no way I would sign up for this service intentionally. A few days later, I then received a phone call from their manager saying they would not remove it and we owed that amount. They then charged my card on file WITHOUT MY CONSENT for $450! These people really took advantage and their lack of communication is a ploy to pull the wool over your eyes. They are unprofessional and thieves.

After explicitly asking to end my service, they sent a person to my house anyways when I was not home. Since then, they have been calling me incessantly to pay for a service I did not authorize and advised them I did not want. More importantly, they want me to pay for a full service even though they did not have access to the inside of my home to do the full service they were billing me for (indoor/outdoor inspect treatment). When I spoke with customer representative - they simply did not care and demanded payment. Company only cares about payment and has no regard for customers.
