      I am filing a complaint regarding a shipment I sent from ****** to ************** with UPS, for which I purchased additional protection against loss or damage. The package was not delivered, and I have been pursuing a refund for more than four months. Despite multiple follow-ups with the UPS Store manager, UPS Customer **********************, and *****************************************, the issue remains unresolved.The UPS Store manager delayed filing the claim and refused to refund me, repeatedly claiming she needed approval from UPS. She also asked me to fill out a form regarding the value of the item, even though the declared value was clearly stated on the day I paid for the protection. I made numerous calls, including international calls to UPS offices in *****, and provided the email address of UPS Congo to the store manager, who then sent an email in May. Throughout this time, I also contacted UPS Canada Customer ********************** daily for updates. Even after the claim was finally opened (by a supervisor, because the store manager refused), UPS closed it without providing a resolution. I have submitted all required documents, including proof of value and the shipping record. This experience has caused me significant stress and is a clear violation of UPSs own protection policy. Their customer ********************** shows no urgency, accountability, or care for the customer. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of support.

As a representative from our Corporate Office, I have personally been in contact with our customer to reach an amicable resolution. They have also been provided with my direct contact information and invited to contact me directly should the need arise.

      I had ordered something online and they had put in the shipping address wrong. I had called to get it changed to the correct address and they said for me to get it fixed they would charge me $8 for the shipper making a mistake.

      I realized that I will not be home for delivery so I tried to change the date to the next day. The website is a nightmare of unending loops and dead links. Telephone number are not listed. You need to ask the assistant to have them call you. No numbers are given in case something goes wrong. I finally got them to call me and they wanted $11.80 for a different delivery date! "This is unacceptable! UPS, what can ***** do for you*?"*For extra cash, of course.

      Continually flags me for potential fraud despite repeated identity verification.I tried to make a billing account couldnt. Called support and they made the account for me. My account and ******************** ID were both deactivated the next day without warning. I waited four business days to hear back from their specialized support team the Fraud Investigation team. Even after talking to them and verifying my identity, I was told that I would need to LOG IN to change some details for my account. I try to log in, and my login ID is still disabled.All because my billing and shipping addresses dont match.

      Attempted to return an Amazon Package. The label would not print from the automated system so waited in line for customer assistance. Once at the counter I was advised it would be $4.00 to print the label. That is absurd and overpriced. The package I returned before the label printed free?? Why is this package different? Because I had to wait in line for an employee? Too expensive and very frustrating!

      I had a fairly cheap phone coming from a company and it's last location was the hub at ***************** in ************. After 10 days, I've filed a claim for a lost package for $141.59 and uploaded the required documents including a detailed description. Response was "Closed- Need more detailed description." They will not let me file another claim or respond to the original. Never had this problem before with UPS.

      They mislabeled a package I was sending and it got lost - This happened in December and I am still waiting for compensation 6 months later!

      Here in *************************************** ****** is known amongst us locals as an incompetent ******. This individual had an altercation with my wife at her place of employment. This led to a second ****** then becoming involved in the altercation. My wife and her coworkers have all signed statements regarding this altercation. The drive felt that the County maintained gravel road leading to our house is not safe for delivery. ***** has no problem delivering to our address, ****** had no problem delivering furniture to us, our home is a manufactured home that was delivered to our address without any issues. The current order that we are now facing issues with are with this same delivery person to the ************* area. We are 45 minutes from the UPS where house. Our package was loaded on the truck and sent out for delivery to us on June 2nd, 2025. It has now been 5 days since our package went out for delivery..... smells like retaliatory harassment on the part of the ****** who has a history of an altercation with my wife at her place of employment. Time to blast this on social media.....

      I put an order in for pick up at my home for the next day. I was given a 12 hr window for pickup. The end time came and UPS changed it to add two more hours wait. Then ******************************************************************************************************* my home. I called customer ********************** he had no answer and I was told the would expedite my pickup the next day. Lets just say two days later the package I paid to have pickup is still sitting here in my home. UPS is a thieves!!!! I will sue if I dont get my refund on this package because of your lazy and liars of employees/drivers.

      I scheduled delivery for two orders. I picked my delivery date for when I would be able to receive the packages. UPS moved my delivery date to earlier and charged me a "rescheduling" fee to move the date back to my original date. Then, they delivered it on their earlier date anyway. I had to have my realtor pick up my package. Then, the next day, they did the exact same thing with the other package, including charging me a fee (the agent refused to transfer me to someone who could waive it) and DELIVERING IT ANYWAY. UPS is the absolute worst.
