      My wife and I are moving to ****** and have shipped 4 large boxes with UPS under a transfer of residence. At each instance UPS has failed to move forward with delivery without having to repeatedly file the same paper work. In this current iteration, UPS has been holding the package for a week after we complied with their demand to show the same transfer of residence documentation for the 3rd time. We have been told the paperwork is in order and that no charges should have been assessed, but have not received any updates. Customer ********************** reroutes me to multiple different departments and supervisors do not return calls or follow up when we are told they will. This is completely unacceptable customer **********************, I have been called an idiot by members of their payment dispute team, and we are missing important items of significant sentimental and monetary value due to UPS incompetence.

      Don't know if it's the Drivers or the people scheduling the deliveries but whoever it is are imbeciles. Twice already packages sent to me that is from the pharmacy and is suppose to arrive every second Friday of the month, this worthless company even thou their tracker says it will be delivered by 9pm on the day it's suppose too don't deliver it. For the second time instead of delivering on Friday like the tracker says they deliver it on Saturday when no one is here. The pharmacy sent me a copy where they have informed UPS that the package has to be delivered when indicated since its medical to a patient. Today Saturday the imbecile driver rings the code I answer my phone and tell him this was suppose to be delivered yesterday no one is there, In a snotty attitude he says just open the door. I tell him leave it next door they will accept it and I'll pick it up from them, again he says open the door. I decided to pass by and the imbecile left the 3 packages of medication, which all 3 boxes clearly indicate Pharmaceutical, outside the door in public where anyone could've taken it. I ask next door if the UPS guy tried leaving my packages there they said no. I looked at my camaras and he didn't even bother going next door he just left them there and left. Monday I'm calling the ********************** and informing if they ever send me another package with UPS I'm canceling my contract with them. Not only does UPS not deliver when they're suppose too they'll just leave your packages anywhere without a care in the world. At least **** and ***** leave a note of when they'll try again and not leave it out in the open.
