Repeatedly requested no contact..husband doesn't know how to give his own email address and have been still receiving emails well over a year. Asked for no contact..spoke to someone who worked there..rude and used foul language..and still email are coming in. This harassment needs to stop!!!Business Response

This company is a scammer. Transferred them $1320 for prepaid leads, none of the 5 leads were real, the company does not want to return my money back. And I no longer want to waste my dispatcher's money and time on fake leads. Clients either do not know about the ownership of this company, or are far from the radius of my work. Or even voicemail is enabled on phones. Customer email addresses are also not real. this company just scammed me and stole my money. I received 5 leads, two of them were not within the radius of my service, the remaining 3 were either unavailable or did not know anything about this company, I did not receive a single high-quality order. I have now stopped receiving leads from this company and I just want my money back, this is not Little money for my company.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:After I didnt get a single quality lead, I studied a lot of information and reviews about your company, including on the BBB website, I dont want to waste my money and my dispatchers time on calls to unreal customers. I ask only one thing, return my money to my card. This is a lot of money for my small company. Yes, I know that you protected yourself with a contract, but you also do not fulfill your contractual obligations. You promised us exclusive leads in our era. But as it turns out, the leads were on several companies and we could not get through to any of them. . There was only voicemail, the email address doesn't exist, or the customers didn't know anything about your organization.
Give me back my money and close my account.

We contracted with this company and paid them a higher amount for 'exclusive, qualified leads', however, 95% of the costly leads around $116 each never even picked up the phone, contacted us back, or responded to our messages. Supposedly, Networx was to reimburse us but we did not receive any money back for these bad leads even though we indicated on their app that the lead never contacted us back. Then we voiced our complaint after just one month of a $2,320 pre-payment (pre-loaded account balance for 20 leads at $116/lead) and got all kinds of excuses as to why we didn't call back within 4 hours of the lead not working out to obtain the refund. This company is scamming its contractors - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS A CONTRACTOR. We worked with ****** that over-promised and under-delivered. They do not vet their leads as promised.Business Response

Our experience with Networx Pros has been horrible and would highly NOT Recommend!!! They show that they only care about taking advantage of business hard earned money! Networx has not only mislead a business by not holding true to there rules and how the company runs but also have lied to customers that I did get to speak with. They false advertise and they are there to only have you pay more money with no results in return and arent helpful to the businesses paying them for good leads! This company charges your credit card constantly. Promises and guarantees over and over that they will reimburse any fraudulently. Sent leads which is now over 90% fraudulent. and they refuse to reimburse even 10% even though they openly admit that I am owed the money. When I call and try to work with customer service, its always the same loud angry guy. They yell, berate,, and then hang up. They said that they will credit everything that is owed within 10 days and it has been almost 8 months. They continue taking money, but not providing any service until you close out the account.. bad leads are a natural occurrence in lead generation, but they take it to a new level heading over 90% fraud rate and yelling at you when you call to try to have your account credited for the gross fraud even with full documentationBusiness Response

I gave them $300 for leads, the first 2 leads didnt answer after many attempts. I canceled my account and they refused to refund the remaining balance. I no long need their service, it was a waste of time and money, they have my money and I want it returned.Business Response

I cancelled my subscription after recieving several fake leads. The customers didn't answer, some of the phone numbers were disconnected. This is my 2nd time trying Networkx and they are fake. They steal money from customers. The representative was so rude when I wanted to cancel my subscription and said I had to finish another $600 worth of leads.
