      I paid for Networxs service. They charged me money for each lead. Each lead I received had a number that was disconnected or the client had no clue what I was talking about when I tried to sell my service. I spent $500 of my own money and Networx promised me $200 in credit since I paid it at once. Within 1 week the $700 in total was gone and I received no work at all.

      I am rejecting this response because:I want my remaining balance back. I am not gonna be satisfied with their fake leads and very rude people working there. This company has screwed over many people. I wish I had read the reviews before ever dealing with them. I will not ever accept another fake lead from them.

      It is unfortunate to hear this kind of feedback from a customer, especially seeing the account was just opened. At Networx, we strive to provide high-quality leads to our contractors. However, we understand that sometimes leads may slip through our ***************. In such situations, we are committed to providing prompt and fair resolution to all credit requests. In this case we show that 2 of the 4 leads where credit was requested were approved and credited back to be used for new leads. As of this time your account has been closed per your request and any remaining balance is available for additional leads. You still retain full access to your dashboard and mobile app where you manage your account as needed, in addition to this you may request credit on a lead if necessary.

      It can certainly be frustrating to receive a lead that you are unable to contact or are unable to close for one reason or another. To claim that every lead you received was not credited back simply isn't true. However, it does appear that Networx is not a fit for your business and therefore will refund the remaining balance in your account.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Im constantly getting bothered by people from Networx and they lied to me in their original premise when they said they fixed all these problems. They lied to me and to get me to give them money and the service is absolute garbage. The couple people who I have managed to talk to on the phone who said they never requested roof work also said that they probably had 10 different contractors call them and I was told by Networx they would send it to no more than three. Since they have still have no longer provided me with a lead, a very simple resolution would just be to refund me my money, and let ** part ways, and I will revoke my complaint. That is a very simple resolution to this problem. I no longer wish to do business with them, why they wont just let me go is abhorrent to me.

      2 weeks ago I spoke to a **************************** I believe her last name was, signed me up, sounded great and helpful like she truly wanted to help me grow my business. The first day I paid the first 5 leads or so were for the wrong service area for the wrong job descriptions, most of my leads came for things that I did not do or want to receive leads for, after about one day they sent me a bunch of useless leads that cost me over 200 bucks and then they tell me that my other $500 deposit for leads is non-refundable and with the track record like that I do not want any parts of this company, spoke to another agent for the networks company and she hung up on me while I was speaking on my grievances. Bad company all around my first two days were all bad leads I had to shut off my leads for the first 2 weeks so they would stop sending me to bad leads and taking my money, no one wants to help no one wants to provide credits all the leads that weren't supposed to come to me they charged me for it and refused to give me a credit for it and if anyone out here is reading this have used home advisor, they are worse than home advisor I do not recommend this company to anyone for anything quite frankly hope they go out of business fast because they're praying on small businesses

      Were sorry to hear of your recent experience.  After reviewing your account details we show that the lead category and service area were confirmed with you during the sales call.  While some leads were not approved for credit you were approved for others. Per our terms and conditions any available funds are to be used for leads. While the remaining balance is not eligible for a refund you still have access to your online dashboard and are able to manage your account as you wish.

      This company and the same man keeps calling me after I said to do no call me and to take me off of their list! I requested the information ONCE! And after collecting the information I needed I decided I did not want to proceed with the company! I started to receive harassing phone calls and even insulting and mocking down right disgusting phone calls multiple times after stating to do not call me ! That is illegal!

      I am rejecting this response because: The response is a lie. There is no such business as ****** and Sons in **********, *******. Networx Systems uses deceptive and fraudulent business and marketing practices to obtain sensitive customer information and shares it without customer consent with other entities that *** use the information for identity theft and other nefarious purposes. Networx is an aggregator site that uses clever algorithms to generate fake Web sites to fool potential clients into sharing their personal information. I'm sure that they also charge legitimate businesses for customer referrals. Funny thing, I don't believe that a lawn service business in *******, *******, or ********, ***** really needs a customer referral for someone who lives in **********, *******. I have already shared screen shots of the fake ****** and Sons Web site. Now I'm sharing the local yellow pages that have no listing for ****** and Sons in **********. My next stop is the ******* ************************ and local state legislators. This business needs to be forced to stop it's deceptive practices.

      We understand you feel that our company misrepresented ourselves or misused information you provided.  With consideration for our internal business practice's and other intellectual property, we can say that after further investigation into this matter, the landing page you found does give the impression it is one of a specific contractor. This was likely done to aid in collecting the necessary information to connect you with an actual contactor in your area. However, once we received the request, we sent only 1 email. We show that you replied to that email demanding that we not sell your information, which we did not. At that point, we disqualified your email from our system and closed your account. You have not received any other emails from ** since this request.

      On Friday May 5,2023 I paid Networx $400 because they agreed to give me $500 credit for their lead generating service. I feel that I was deceived during the sign up process. I was told that all my reviews from my profile on Thumbtack would be exported to my profile on Networx. I was assured that this was a daily process by *******. The next representative ***** advised that she can attach a link to thumbtack but she could not transport my existing reviews. ******* advised that they are partnered with ********* but the next representative ***** was adamant that they were not partners with *********. I showed her that when you access the Networx website it automatically sends you to Thumbtack. She still denied the partnership.. I received three leads since 5/5/2023. The first lead was a customer shopping for a price but the contact information was incorrect. I had to request a refund (it was granted) My second lead was a person that did not speak English I requested a refund (it was granted) My third lead was a person who already had someone completing the project. I requested a refund (refund was denied) I called to cancel my account and I was told that Networx does not have a refund policy. This was not explained when I signed up. Networx is insisting that I stay with them for a month and they are refusing to cancel my account and refund my money. Its only been a few days I do not want to continue to loose my money with this company. The service advertised is not the service that Networx provides. Please help me cancel my account and give me my money back. Im paying for a service that Im not receiving

      This is not the experience we want for our customers. It does sound like you were given two different explanations about uploading reviews from Thumbtack so we want to take this opportunity to clarify for you. Networx does not have a relationship with Thumbtack where uploading reviews from their website to ours is possible. Unfortunately it sounds like the agent who assisted you with opening your account believed this was something we could do.  It is possible to manually add reviews using a link that is accessible through your online dashboard or app. After further review of your account it appears that a refund of your initial charge was issued on 5/11/23 along with the account being closed per your request.       ********************* was the worst person to speak to at the cancellation department. I have tried to reach them three times for them to explain to me why the leads I put in needed a credit due to whats on the agreement that was sign for partnership between them and me. He lied to me that my account manager was trying to reach me and that the leads are 2 weeks old and I cant get a refund even tho I have been trying to reach out to the for 2 months and nobody contacted me back. My leads that were supposed to be credit back to me in those 2 months added up to be $300 that should have been sent back to me in credits. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY they will talk to you in circles about trying to convince you that the credit does not qualify. The agreement that I signed between them and me clearly states that this is eligible for a credit. Worst experience I have ever had with a lead generation company. This will result in legal action against them.
