Your concern is understandable. However, per Networx terms and conditions the initial balance is to be used for leads. This is because Networx immediately begins advertising for you to ensure you receive the leads you signed up for. Attached is a copy of the Membership Agreement you signed when opening the account. Please note that you have full access to your online dashboard and mobile app. From there you can continue to manage your account including submitting a lead for review if necessary.Customer Answer

I started using Networx as one of their service providers, Pro Lift Garage Doors of **************. I have called several times to cancel their service because their leads are terrible! They will tell me someone will be calling back to follow up or tell me my account is cancelled but they will not cancel it. If they do not cancel my account from this I will be contacting an attorney. Cancel my account!!!!Business Response

On May 2nd I used the Networx website to find a contractor for fence repair Quality Fence LLC. They first texted from ************ and wanted to get on a call. He said his name was **** when he called from this phone number ************ and sounded polite and knowledgeable. After allegedly taking down my details he provided me with an estimate of $540.50 and said I needed to put down $356 for a deposit. He asked if i had Cash App and i said no. He then said said ***** which i did have. He gave me the phone number of ************ and said the name is under ************************ was scheduled for 5/4 between 12-12:30. On 5/4, no one came. I texted at 2:41 and no response until my 5th text. They said their trailer was messed up. I was willing to give them another chance and followed up however no response from them since. I have tried to get in touch with Networx at least 3 times to get assistance and have not heard from them either. I signed and prepaid alot of $$ to buy leads that were interested in home projects and the leads are absolutely phoeny!!! Not one of these customers have a clue what Im talking about when I call and say do you need a new gutter system so they are terrible for takin peoples money !!!Business Response

I paid for Networxs service. They charged me money for each lead. Each lead I received had a number that was disconnected or the client had no clue what I was talking about when I tried to sell my service. I spent $500 of my own money and Networx promised me $200 in credit since I paid it at once. Within 1 week the $700 in total was gone and I received no work at all.Business Response

It can certainly be frustrating to receive a lead that you are unable to contact or are unable to close for one reason or another. To claim that every lead you received was not credited back simply isn't true. I was lied to about changes that were made with the company since I last worked with them. Nonstop calls, even after you tell them to stop Horrible customer service, the last person I spoke to should be fired. I gave them $800 last week. I am rejecting this response because:
Im constantly getting bothered by people from Networx and they lied to me in their original premise when they said they fixed all these problems. They lied to me and to get me to give them money and the service is absolute garbage. The couple people who I have managed to talk to on the phone who said they never requested roof work also said that they probably had 10 different contractors call them and I was told by Networx they would send it to no more than three. Since they have still have no longer provided me with a lead, a very simple resolution would just be to refund me my money, and let ** part ways, and I will revoke my complaint. That is a very simple resolution to this problem. I no longer wish to do business with them, why they wont just let me go is abhorrent to me.

2 weeks ago I spoke to a **************************** I believe her last name was, signed me up, sounded great and helpful like she truly wanted to help me grow my business. The first day I paid the first 5 leads or so were for the wrong service area for the wrong job descriptions, most of my leads came for things that I did not do or want to receive leads for, after about one day they sent me a bunch of useless leads that cost me over 200 bucks and then they tell me that my other $500 deposit for leads is non-refundable and with the track record like that I do not want any parts of this company, spoke to another agent for the networks company and she hung up on me while I was speaking on my grievances. Bad company all around my first two days were all bad leads I had to shut off my leads for the first 2 weeks so they would stop sending me to bad leads and taking my money, no one wants to help no one wants to provide credits all the leads that weren't supposed to come to me they charged me for it and refused to give me a credit for it and if anyone out here is reading this have used home advisor, they are worse than home advisor I do not recommend this company to anyone for anything quite frankly hope they go out of business fast because they're praying on small businessesBusiness Response

Were sorry to hear of your recent experience. After reviewing your account details we show that the lead category and service area were confirmed with you during the sales call. While some leads were not approved for credit you were approved for others. Per our terms and conditions any available funds are to be used for leads. While the remaining balance is not eligible for a refund you still have access to your online dashboard and are able to manage your account as you wish.

From aproximately 4/28/23 I have been bombarded with calls (I am on the no call list) from businesses who are asking to give me a quote on a new roof. I have had a new roof for the last 2 years already. Every business who calls I tell them I am not looking for a new roof and they let me know that Networx Systems, Inc. is charging them to get my phone number as a business lead. This is fraudulent. They are profiting from false sales. I never contacted this company for any reason. They should not be selling my phone number like this. It is causing me great stress and is a fraudulent lead for the proposed businesses looking for jobs. I have tried to reach customer service but after 25 minutes on hold, I cannot get them to answer the phone to resolve this. Can you PLEASE help?Business Response
