Made a purchase for a travel package 2/1/2025 for a stay at a hotel in July 2025. In June I called the hotel about check in time and they stated I did not have a reservation. I checked my email and found an email in my spam folder stating that the reservation booking failed and to please contact us for a refund dated 1 week after my purchase date. I called Purchasing Power immediately and for the past month I have had the useless customer service saying they have escalated my issue and wait a week for an update. Every week I call again and I keep being told to wait another week. During this time they have continued to take the money from my checks charging me for this purchase. A purchase that I did not receive since it was canceled on their end for failing to book. Totally out of my control but I am still being charged and getting the run around by customer service. I requested to be forwarded to someone higher than them instead of being put on hold while they talk to them, but they have not allowed me to talk to anyone higher. I am on the dark and paying for something Ill never receive. I just want the order canceled to stop charging me and to refund the balance paid.Note I listed the amount for the CURRENT amount they owe me as a refund. The longer they drag this out. The more it will continue to charge me and rack up more more money I will need back to be fully refunded.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: the person attempted to call me once from a different number that I have was originally contacting. They called and left a voicemail. I have attempted to call back and leave voicemails multiple times a day since they called me. Absolute silence back to me. No need to even talk to me. Just send a **** refund check please.

I purchased tires on June 11 and returned them on June 13. It is now July 9, and I am still being charged for those tires. I made another tire purchase on June 17, and I am being charged for two sets of tires. Every time I call, Im told the issue will be resolved within 35 days, but its been almost a month, and funds are still being deducted from my paycheck for the first set of tires that were already returnedBusiness Response

I purchased Apple AirPods Pro 2 Generation in early wireless noise cancellating white in April around 14th I took out square trade insurance that im thinking Im still paying on but I know longer have the product I returned them back I dont have the order number because purchasing power saying they need that to pull up the product but every month purchases power is going in my check every time I get paid pulling a 1.57 every month I dont know why no one is saying anything cant fine my account I call them they giving me the running around all that information I have when I purchase the iPods I dont have any more square trade give me number thats not pulling up for purchase is there anything ya can do. I made a hotel booking for travel on 6/30 received confirmation email and was told order processed on the same date. On 7/3 I received a email stating my reservation was cancelled. I spoke with customer service and was told I wouldn't be able to rebook my reservation as it is within the 10 day window you have to book hotel reservations. I understand that its within the time frame allowing you to make these reservations but the cancellation was not initiated by me(customer). So now I'm unable to book this reservation and have a vacation planned for the dates I had originally planned, with no place to stay.Business Response

I purchased a TV with this company, when the order arrived and unboxed the tv screen was cracked. They agreed to replace the item and have the damaged one picked up. The carrier called to schedule the delivery and then it was canceled because the driver wasnt able to deliver. The same thing on the rescheduled delivery driver issues. After the company failed to deliver the second attempt, I told them just cancel it. I wasnt going to keep sitting waiting on the delivery. Purchasing power is charging me ****** for refusing to except delivery the order never made it to me and I have told them that wasnt refusing delivery. I waited and the carrier kept making excuses. I recently had a complaint against this company for unresolved false charges to the account. The issue has not been completely resolved. Upon checking the company is still charging me for a canceled order. Ive reached out to the person who contacted me after my bbb complaint. They are now telling me that I am responsible for paying the amount they deducted from me since I canceled the order. That is not a good business practice. The item wasnt just canceled. I had been waiting on a replacement device, the delivery company called me 3 times to reschedule so after the 3rd time I advised them I wasnt going to be here and to cancel the order. I've placed an order with a travel company though my job. Paid in full went to the airport to pick up the vehicle and they refused to give me the vehicle saying I needed a credit card. This is not what the travel agent told me at the time of booking. I wouldn't have booked a car rental with them if I knew that's what I needed.
