  I was very happy with the process with *********. The price massively beat all competitors, and checkout was easy. Shipping was surprisingly quick and the product arrived by the time I was back home from Thanksgiving. It was in perfect shape. Very happy and would use ********* again.

  I ordered software bundle I ********/25. I never got a confirmation email so I thought maybe I had exited before completing the purchase. So 11/27, I think, I tried the purchase again. And as of Dec 1 I still have not received an email confirmation......So I checked my AmEx card and both transactions were listed.......So I've tried to contact AntOnline, BUT;ANTonline.com Online support is limited to acess only by Order#... If you have no Order# you can't get to ANTonline.com Customer Support...Their FAQ states that you should get the Order# on the confirmation email..which I did not get..even with 2 tries at purchasing. AntOnline FAQ also states that Order# will be on the online confirmation screen....It is NOT!.........For my 2nd try at purchasing I took screenprints for documentation. And the online confirmation screen DOES NOT have a Order# on it...I could not find a phone number to call for Customer Support. I've emailed both their Sales and Support from addresses I was able to **** down...NO RESPONCE... I will file a complaint with BBB on this business if I continue to no response from AntOnline..

  The shopping process was quick and easy shipped out in respectful amount of time my big issue was was receiving my package ******* it originally got delivered to the wrong house I started a claim with the ***** but when I called them to see what would be the process if I don't get my package when I get a replacement or a refund. All they did was open a claim and a few minutes later I got a generic email saying my package was delivered according to *****. I didn't receive one email or call from them asking me any questions about my situation pretty much they got their money didn't care about me getting my product. Ultimately ***** got me my package eventually but definitely left a sour taste in my mouth

  Terrible company, complete scammers. They are quick to take your money and ship the product, but disappear when any customer service is needed and when a return is requested. I bought a pink noise machine in September 2022. I ended up not needing it once I received it and requested a return. After a return request was set up, the automated email mentioned a possibility of a pre-paid return label. Since return shipping is paid by the customer, I wanted to see if this would be a more cost-effective option since companies usually get a discount on these. I emailed and received a very delayed response with just a copy-paste of the information I had already received. I emailed again asking for my question to be answered. Radio silence. I ended up returning the item, following all instructions. It has been MONTHS -- still no refund and no response from the company. They disappeared with my $70+ (item and return shipping). I want my money back. Will never shop with them again and ask that others stay away.

  Got headphones from them. The package arrived in a shipping bag (as opposed to a box) with the headphone box being visibly smashed in, to the point I was worried of the integrity of headphones inside. I also wouldn't gift these headphones to anyone with the box looking smashed in like that. Thankfully the headphones don't look damaged (haven't tried using them as, still hoping to gift them whenever a family member's headphones break).
