    They will not reply even after 4 attempts. They will ship a product even though it was bought fraudulently. You tell them you didn't buy it and to stop the order then they deny your request and sends it anyway.

    Ordered a **** XPS 8690 Gaming Computer and they sent me a **** Optiplex Micro 7020. About a $400 difference in price. Complete scam artists

    AntOnline took my order, shipped and delivered on time. Everything was as it should have been. The price was very good. I just wish they had a bigger selection as they beat Amazon on price.

    Im only giving 4 stars because I havent opened the package yet. I dont know if the thing works. but the box is unblemished, it was in stock, and for the first time ordering from them I can say that, so far, its a frictionless experience.

    Prefacing this with the fact I have ordered from ANTonline multiple times and have had excellent experiences in years past. Got great deals on a PS4 among other things when that tech was current. This time around. Not so much. I waited to order a new GPU from them when it dropped at 9am EST. Placed my order. Got my tracking #. Card was charged. All was great. The problem ensued with ***** having an issue with shipping and returning the product to ANTonline. No big deal at first glance. But ANTonline cancelled my order and refused to reprocess the order as is on a limited stock item that they confirmed had been returned. I was told please order the item again when it is in stock. Apologies for the inconvenience. Which as someone who works in retail/customer service. I get it. But to not even offer anything on something that was out of my control? Not cool. Will not be ordering from them again.

    This company should not even get 1 star. Awful customer service, horrible to people who are trying to find out where their purchase is. Do not deal with them at all. They are a distributor for ******** I ordered 2 Xboxes on December 8th. They were suppose to be here before Christmas, never came. They had delivered them to the wrong address, and instead of sending them to the proper address, they returned them back to the warehouse. I had to fight to get my refund back, finally got it after a month. They are a horrible company, please beware.

    I bought an XBOX online from ******* through this company. There are so many restrictions on this package that I have absolutely NO ability to manage it's delivery. I called ***** and I called these people. ***** said I have to call them so they can lift restrictions. I call them and all the representative says to me, rudely, is "I can't decide what time they deliver packages." THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED. I asked if they could lift restrictions so I, an adult who works FULL TIME HOURS, can change the delivery time to when I'll ACTUALLY be home. Unfortunately, that is apparently impossible. So now, I have to wait at home all day, miss work, so I don't waste the $500 I spent on this stupid XBOX. That's literally insane. I should have done my research on this. Do yourself a favor and read this review so you don't get screwed the way I have.

    I am a single parent who works Monday through Friday. I ordered something through Amazon from this company. ***** tried to deliver my package 3 times while I was at work. I attempted to change my order to a pickup at a ***** location because I knew I wasnt going to be home to sign for the delivery. ********* doesnt allow that. I contacted them directly and was basically told that if I wasnt home to sign, then the package would be returned to them. While they promised a refund, that didnt help at all that I needed the package by a certain date, and now I am out a very important Christmas present. This is the most ignorant and unhelpful customer service I have ever dealt with. Not everyone has the luxury of working from home, some of us cant be at the door for ***** at 1:30-2:30pm during the week. This company needs to come up with solutions that will work for everyone.

    Price point was great and I was really impressed with shipping! Ordered on black Friday and had my items on Monday!
