    I ordered the **************** Edition controller and game bundle. Not sure who ignorantly decided to ship this in just a plastic envelope, but it looked as though Ace ******* delivered it. This arrived damaged, and after contacting customer support and sending pictures of the item they stated it was only scuffed and they didn't see any damage. Reading the reviews it appears mine wasn't the only one to arrive like this along with being late. Just like everyone else I'm not able to replace this as it is sold out everywhere. Whomever made the decision should leave their position as they do not understand the logistics of these items. **************** was of zero help, and simply said I need to contact the manufacturer about the damages.

    Shipped my limited edition items in a plastic sleeve and it was damaged in transit. I paid for shipping I expect a box at least.

    I ordered a Game and Controller bundle from them, and it didn't even ship in a box or bubble envelope. The game was in perfect condition, but the controller and box were ripped up. I contacted customer service, who got back to me after seeing the pictures and told me it was in good condition. Even if it was, I didn't order a good-condition itemI ordered a brand-new item. I asked how we could rectify the situation, and I told them it was fine. The controller is a collector's piece. I looked around, and it is now sold out everywhere. I asked if I could speak with the person's manager, and they replied that they were sending me the return policy.

    I got exactly what I pre-ordered and it shipped exactly on the day of release and got to me the next day! That's great b/c it was me who ordered and waited for it and the birthday recipient got it ON TIME!HOWEVER, their emails contain ZERO information. They are just giant graphics that say an order was placed, then shipping, then shipped (not one to confirm delivery?). NO OTHER DETAILS AT ALL about the item, the person who purchased it, the delivery address, SKU, price, shipping, etc. If someone fraudulently ordered from them, it'd be a NIGHTMARE, b/c they provide ZERO specific info., aside from the actual tracking number when it ships.So, my experience was great, but they need to do a much better job with their communication DETAILS even if the TIMING is perfect. Sympathies to all the others who had much worse experiences, as I can see exactly why that may be...

    Package was slow to deliver, two box items send in a thin plastic bag, bag was torn, dirty, not proper packagi g for items. Items were dented and in rough shape due to poor packaging.I would not use this service again.

    Prior to this purchase I had never heard of *********. Did a bit of research and saw that they were legit. I pre-ordered the Astro Bot game and controller bundle. Price was great, communication was excellent and shipping was rapid! I will definitely shop with them again.
