    Got headphones from them. The package arrived in a shipping bag (as opposed to a box) with the headphone box being visibly smashed in, to the point I was worried of the integrity of headphones inside. I also wouldn't gift these headphones to anyone with the box looking smashed in like that. Thankfully the headphones don't look damaged (haven't tried using them as, still hoping to gift them whenever a family member's headphones break).

    I have sent back a return in late jan without any refund to this day. I sent back the item with RMA number just like they asked. emailed support multiple times and they responded at first saying refunds take up to 4 weeks. it has been more than 2 months and they no longer respond to my emails. I have called them on the phone twice and the first time they explaied they would email back later. I called a week later and got the same guy on the phone. He asked for my order number and put me on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up on me. Now no one will answer their phone. I am forced to chargeback this purchase now as I simply cannot get anyone to respond to me after many email attempts and phone call attempts. Worst company ever. Last year they were great to me.

    Don't buy from this terrible company. They might be legitimate but are horrible if something goes wrong. Bought a PS5 bundle a while back from them, somebody had likely stolen / pulled the PS5 from the bundle box before arriving at my home and *** delivered the box on my porch with me signing only with the bundle contents in it. They were very rude, had no sense of urgency, refused to help me /in any shape or form still did not want to even just provide me the serial number of the unit upon request that was supposed to ship to me to add to the police report. In the end, it was too much of hassle to deal with and I ended up taking a loss for it. Thinking back, I should have just chargedback through my bank to get it sorted out, but was more or so not in the right mindset at the time at the shock of this happenining in the first place.

    A family member purchased a ****** smart clock through their amazon store for Christmas. When I set up the clock, the clock would not keep the correct time zone and would not allow me to turn off the alarm once it had gone off. With more research I found the clock had these issues, so decided to return it to get a better smart clock. I followed the return instructions and paid the return shipping, despite the clock not functioning properly. ANT received this item within 3 days and it has now been three weeks with no word from this company. I simply asked for amazon credit, yet have not received anything! I am extremely disappointed because not only am I out a clock, but I also paid shipping to return this item. Terrible service!

    Purchased an *** CPU from the company that came with damaged pins outside of the box. After returning the item and waiting 30 days for a refund I finally reached out only to be informed that I wouldnt be getting one because I mustve caused the damage. The representative then continued to argue with me saying they check pins before shipping which is not true since the box came factory sealed. Dont recommend anyone buying from here.

    Terrible customer service. I bought a ps5 bundle that came with a game voucher. When I entered the code it said it was already in use. I contacted ********* who told me to contact **** support. **** denied my claim and said to get a replacement or refund from the dealer. I called ********* and told them. They said they would replace it and I would hear back by the end of the day. Nothing. Called back the next day. Was told sometimes it could take 48hours. Nothing. On the 4th day the guy said he was going to escalate the problem himself and I would hear back by the end of the day. To this day I've never heard back and when I call its as if my number is flagged and goes to a recording about their hours of operation even when I'm calling within those hours and hangs up. Beware!
