    8-31-24 Settled balance on vehicle in the amount of $2,800, never received my car title ,I cannot register my vehicle in its current state because I have to have the title which they wont send out. Ive waited on four separate occasions of the ***** day waiting period and still have not received it. They were quick to take my money but still did not report it to my credit or the Original lender that I settled the accountits still negatively reporting to my credit, all I want is my title and them to notify the original lender.. please this is negativity affecting me

    I admit I owe a debt to this company and want to set up payment arrangements, but they have been calling my husband and my work threatening me that I have to pay that day, but the arrangements they asked are too high and there is no way I can make the arrangements they are offering. They will not work with me but keep threatening that I have to pay that day and I have told them to not call my work or my husband and they keep doing it.

    Per TAB Bank, serviced by NetCredit,  this account was opened December 7, 2022, became delinquentJUly 28, 2023, and charged off October 30, 2023 due to non-payment. 

    Per review of converations with you on 6/20/2024, several payment options were presented, where you advsied you needed to evaluate your finances and return a call to our servicing agency. The servicing agency has made some addtional attempts to speak with you; however have not spoken with anyone since communicating with you or had any additional contact since that date. The servicing agency has closed the account. ******************** is more than happy to work with you.

    they showed up on my credit report, I have tried to reach the company to get basic information and set up a payment plan if appropriate. I have emailed, left multiple voicemails with no response. when you call you are on hold for at the least 12 min then you get the message this is 601 please leave your message. and again no one contacts you in return.

    I took out a motorcycle loan in 2018 through ******** financial. During the pandemic, I was no longer able to pay the loan. After months of non payment, this account was either sold or contracted to Plaza Services. On May 8th of 2024, I made a payment to satisfy my obligation the loan to another agency (Central Portfolio) whom I was told handles payment for Plaza Services. I was told that once the payment processed (usually within 7-10 business days,) Plaza services would be notified of the payment which would trigger their title department to order my title and have it mailed to my home. Over the course of a few weeks, I made multiple phone call to Plaza services to see if it was possible to just have them send me a lien release so I could go to the dmv myself and acquire the title. These attempts often led to either a voicemail box that I never received a returned call from, or some telling me I have to wait ***** days while their title department handled it and sent me the title. It has been over 60 days as of yesterday, so I tried calling. I called 5 times (just about an hour of hold time all together) and never was able to get ahold of someone. After checking the Ohio dmvs website, I found ******** financial to still be the lien holder, so I contacted ******** to try and have them release the lien using the payment letter I received from plaza services on 6/25/24. I was told that they could not take an email from me as proof and that plaza would have to contact them directly. So I called plaza and was finally able to reach someone. During the call the rep told me that they do not have an ability to make outbound calls and ******** would have to call them. After calling ********, ******** says they will not call, because plaza is supposed to reach out to them. According to ********, they will not release the Lien until plazas contacts them. I need this resolved as I have satisfied the account and am entitled to the title of my motorcycle.

    This business should already have my information if they are trying to collect a debt that they claim was sent to them. Im not revealing any additional information to this business for them to use against me. If they do not have current information, Id like to have this removed from my credit report by this business.

    Plaza Services put on my credit reports that I have an outstanding balance on a loan from 12 Integrated Credit Two LLC from September 16 2021. I have never had any loans with either of these companies. If they have anything then it is fraud as I would have never gotten any loans from either of these companies. They need to delete this from my credit reports immediately. I have had only one bank account for many years and will be willing to go to court and prove I never received or had a loan with these companies.
