    I am disputing an invalid account reported by ********************** LLC on my credit report. This account is inaccurate, unverified, and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting, I request its immediate removal. If the furnisher cannot provide proper validation, it must be Deleted per federal law.

    Per CC Bank/Lendly, this account was opened December 8, 2021, became delinquent July 3, 2022, and charged off August 8, 2022, due to non-payment. The account was sold to our office in November 2022.

    Plaza Services, LLC has provided you with a copy of the loan materials in May 2025; to the address previously held on record.   Plaza Services, LLC is providing the copy of these materials again. This includes loan documents and transaction history. 

    Per our records, you have also filed a complaint against our servicing agency *****************, complaint ID *************** citing that this account has been previously paid in August 2022. To date, no evidence has been provided that this account has been satisfied.

    I got a unpaid loan from a loan company sent to plaza services and upon reading the reviews and also saw they are not backed by the BBB I do not see how I can even pay this off when they seem to be scamming people out of their money and not putting it towards there loan. Im in a huge pickle. And they need to be investigated.

    I have pending debt with plaza services llc. If you look at the reviews everyone is saying how horrible they are, how they take your money and dont pay off the debt you have with them. What I am trying to get at, is how can they have my debt and expect me to pay it off when their reviews make them not trustful to give them my money. How is this business not s*** down or looked into? 

    I am not disowning the debt I have but I do not feel comfortable paying them any money.

    they have multiple reviews regarding payments not getting put onto peoples accounts. I am not willing to pay plaza services if they just steel money. Its easy to look at the reviews on ****** they are a 1 star rated company.

    I have received calls nonstop since January 2025 and I answered one finally in July when I had time. They leave me voicemails every single day, which violates the **** Federal Law, especially since I sent a written cease and desist and you cannot call more than 7 times in 7 days over the same debt. I also did ask for confirmation of this debt via email back in the beginning of this year and was not provided that, so then I sent in the cease and desist until I received it in writing. After answering, I spoke to a representative, who did not verify my personal information upon answering and just disclosed my confidential credit history as if I was 100% myself when I could have been someone else. I recorded the call on my end and have been unable to reach Plaza Services management when I call back. I will be filing a complaint with the **** and have disputed it with the credit bureau with evidence.

    I am rejecting this response because you have failed to provide the documentation I asked for back in the beginning of 2025. I then asked for a cease and desist after being denied that via email. I have record of everything and urge you to do deletion of this on my credit report or I will continue to file against you.     I am a victim of identity theft. I recently learned that my personal information was used to open an account at your company. I did not open or authorize this account, and I therefore request that it be closed immediately. I also request that PLAZA SERVICES absolve me of all charges on the account. I was originally contacted by ********** and they should have the correspondence with me in regards to the documentation I provided for this fraudulent account. The account was deleted after it was verified to be reporting as a result of identity theft, the account was illegally sold to plaza services by net credit, now they are attempting to collect on this debt. They have gone as far as to place a lien on my property for money I DO NOT OWE I have sent several written request for this account to be properly verified. ACCOUNT NUMBER: 1184 THE AMOUNT OF ************* Notice also specifies your responsibilities when you receive notice from a ***, under section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, that information you provided to the *** may be the result of identity theft. Those responsibilities include ceasing to provide the inaccurate information to any ***s and ensuring that you do not attempt to sell or transfer the fraudulent debts to another party for collection. Please investigate this matter, close the account and absolve me of all charges, take the steps required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and send me a letter explaining your findings and actions.

    Per NetCredit, this account was opened July 14, 2021, became delinquent August 6, 2021, and charged off August 8, 2022, due to non-payment. 

    Per our records, Plaza Services, LLC mailed an affidavit of forgery to you in March 2023 based on your fraud claim when communicating with our servicing agency. Plaza Services, LLC updated the account as a claim of fraud at that time. No materials were received from you relating to the fraud. 

    Plaza Services, LLC received a previous complaint from you through the ************************************ in July 2024, complaint ID *************** where Plaza Services, LLC provided another affidavit of forgery for you to complete and return to our office. No materials were received from you.   

    The account was placed with law firm ******, Varchetti & ******* who has advised they have received no interaction from you and did receive default judgement as you did not file any answer to lawsuit filed against you. Attached is a copy of that default judgement.

    Said collection agency seemingly bypassed courts to obtain a garnishment. The "so-called" defendent was never served any court documents nor summons paperwork, so it appears that this business is circumventing the legal process in order to obtain garnishments.

    According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A) and 15 U.S. Code 1681e, you are required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any and all accounts you post on a credit report.  Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account.
    I demand to see Verifiable Proof (an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it) you have on file of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.  Under the ***** unverified accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the accounts listed.
