Plaza Services continues attempting to garnish my wages DESPITE me being completely exempt in the State of ********* due to already being on foodshare, state assistance, and that the garnishment would drop my below the federal poverty line. This is now going to affect my ability to pay my rent.Plaza Services buys 300% interest rate loans that people can't pay off with companies such as CashNet and then drags the *least informed* with the *most to lose* and the *fewest resources* through a confusing court system.A $1000 debt turns into a $3000 debt - and the owner ***********************, CFA believes he was "was destined to be a debt buyer." Apparently so.

I paid off my supposed debt online, but their rep wasn't happy and wants to charge more than what they provided through their online services. I asked for my credit agency update to show the account paid or a letter that its been paid. ****, they refused to do that. ****** was ******* I have been trying to deal with.I want them to show the account paid as matches their files online and a letter to show the debt paid as I am trying to do things for myself such as buying a house in which they continue to tell the banks and lenders I owe money that I have paid.

I recently found out that Plaza Services, is the parent company for Arrow Acceptance. They closed Arrow in ******* and sold off out standing debts. Since mine was off and Plaza will not respond to anyone ever, I am just out my money. I paid extra to have them report to my credit monthly. Never happened, even when I paid off my loan. The BBB has even reached out to them several times, with no response. I have reached out to every service and Government program to protect consumers. Not one has been able to reach them. Or move forward with any actions towards them for this fraud. Seems Plaza is not the only scammer out there. Our taxes go to these Government committees and programs, yet they do nothing.

I never signed a contract with Plaza Services, LLC yet they sued me in court and because I had no clue what I was doing they won, and they will start garnishing 25% of my paycheck. My original contract with NetCredit says that NetCredit can only sell my account to another CREDITOR, not a collection agency. A dictionary will tell you that a creditor and a collection agency are two completely different things. I will *** to get my money back and I also will *** for any financial hardships experienced by the garnishment of this pathetic company.

I have tried to reach Plaza Services llc regarding a debt they claim I owe, what is this for?? No one ever answers the phone???? Who runs a business this way?? Either tell who it is I'm supposed to owe money to or leave me alone!!*****

This company has started harrasing my job, my family members and myself. I do not know who they are but thy stated that they bought a loan that I had with a commpany. ************************

I have been trying to reach this company since after I paid my account in full in November. It is as if the company has just VANISHED now. I was told "because of covid it could take up to 60 days, may possibly be only 2 weeks, but they have to inform customers of that limit 'in-case'"... Around 30 days, I called and couldn't get anyone, I found an email and asked for an update. I'm assuming a lady, ******, replied and got my info. She replied letting me know she would send request to have title sent to me. Of course i wasn't too pleased to hear it hadn't already been done as we are half way through the time period i was given. She said she didn't see it had been sent. I have been calling calling calling since and CANT GET ANYONE. I let it ring until operator hangs up line. I tried emailing company again outside of ****** and I email thread, and ALWAYS get her. I've asked to be contacted multiple times as they only have ONE number and she has stated in email several times she has sent for me to be contacted and NOTHING. I feel as if I have been scammed, sent money into outer space, and still without what I paid for now OVER 60 DAYS!!

I've been working to clean up my "fair" credit even more, doing my part to make the necessary calls/emails to creditors to get things paid and removed.Plaza services does not answer their phone. They only have one phone number listed on every place I've checked online. It rings for five minutes and then hangs up.I received one email back asking for more information about an account that's in my name that they have. After calling the original creditor who gave me two acct numbers to try, I was locked out of the Plaza Services online system when attempting to bypass the phone and was locked out after trying three times WITH my social.It's unacceptable that a company can have an impact on your credit score with this kind of business. Usually collector's come after the person who owes, but I'm a person who owes and can't get ahold of the collector.I'm worried even if I ever get through that the update will never make it to the credit report anyway.Leaving this review here because it's necessary. I may try to get a lawyer to help me get ahold of these people, there had to be some kind of way around how Plaza Services does business with people's credit and debt.

I have called and called, 2different numbers and neither answer. Nothing, called multiple times during the day to see if any one answers and nothing. Tried on line chat, that doesn't work, just takes you to a page to fill out with, not a live chat at all.

Tricksters and Rude Customer Service agents and Managers (one in particular called Ginny) Plaza LLC uses a third party Debt collecting agency called TrueAccord. I had a debt with Plaza that i negotiated to pay half to settle it via TrueAccord. Plaza Services are still reporting this on my credit like i had paid a dime to them. I called TrueAccord and Plaza service to confirm my payment only for them to tell me that since I did not pay the debt in full they would report it as positive. This was never agreement. why would I pay for something that would not have a positive impact on my life. People watch out!!! they are fraudsters and rude in addition.
