    This company does not help our expedite your passport, it just advertise services thats not really clear. It fill out your form and charges you based on what you want but at the end of the day they do not have control of any of the items selected. When you go to the passport agency, you still have to pay for all the items you selected. This company is a scam company, not sure why ***** has their name attached to this seems like a class action law suit waiting to happen. Do not pay any money to fill out the form. The state department only takes checks or money order. There is nothing a third party can do for you to get a passport other than steal your money. Good old america. Steal from the poor to give to the rich

    This company does very little for their clients. They have long wait times everytime you call. They took $209 from me and their automated system filled out the application incorrectly. I ended up going to **** to work through the process since I am in a more remote town and they explained to me that this company does nothing for their clients. The portal is basic and has no information to actually help interface with the company. They mention filling out an "Electronic" refund request form within 72 hours to get your refund, but do not have this on the website or in the client portal. This company is complete garbage and it is sad that this review will not mean anything. Everyone will see this review after they have a complaint. Sad system we live in these days. This is roughly 10 hours of my life I will never get back and for what, to enjoy some vacation time.

    I went online to obtain a passport. Filled out basic information then they ask for payment. I haven't received a service from them other than a confirmation email of payment and what documents I would need. In the meantime I contacted my local post office for what I thought was just obtaining the picture and verifying the documents and the post office collected the fee, filled out all paperwork and submitted for my passport. ************ who took my money hasn't done anything EXCEPT take $148.95 of which they refuse to refund

    Good Day upon reviewing your account, I do see you have been issued a full refund of $148.95 for 8 week service.

    As a new applicant the Department of State require all new Applicate to see a Passport Acceptance Agent, for validation.

    We are Expeditor we ensure we meet one's travel dates, by offering multiple tier of service. I do not see where any travel plans where entered.  However we do apologize if services were not clear to you as a new passport applicant. We are here Monday- Friday between 9am-7pm est to aid in anyway we can. I do not see that you called in prior to inquire how the 8 week services works to ensure this was the correct tier of service to meet your travel plans, prior to your calling in for a refund.

    We are sorry that you have had a negative experience with our service offering, and hope that you will reconsider your view on Rush now that you know understand how our service works & you have been refund in full.

    If could rank this with 0 stars I would.This company and service is a scam. It does not help you expedite anything or get you closer to having a passport. The fact that they advertise as a "government" service should. not be legal with a .com website. I scheduled my appt with a local passport agency per their instruction after charging me $270+ and I still had to pay the same fees to process my passport legitimately through the government agency.Please stay away from them. They should not be allowed to be in business. This is disheartening and extremely frustrating and now I'm out almost $300 for nothing!

    This is a pathetic business to handle a passport. Don't even try. They will take your money and make life miserable for you! When you have to deal, speak, write to them, it seems they don't know what they're doing. I'm writing this critique to help you avoid what I did - like give them my American passport and money for the application. Avoid them! ************

    This is a scam!!! There is nothing they are ******* or doing for you besides causing you to not be able to go on your trip. The only thing this company does is repopulate a form for you and then send you to the acceptance agent who can do absolutely nothing you have to start over and also pay again and now if you were expecting an expedited passport you are out of luck. Shame on this company and is "clear" actually affiliated with this. I am calling **************** to ask for a refund. -5 star review.

    I am new to passport services, and thought this service would aid in getting my new passport. I was disappointed. While paying nearly $150 got me a filled out DS-11 form, I was soon to find out that this service otherwise got me nothing. I went to ***** for my $16 passport photos, and next was directed to my acceptance agent. When I arrived, I learned this location was no longer providing this service. On my own, I scheduled an acceptance appointment with a nearby post office, which charged $35 to package all of my materials. And then we discovered I had no shipping label to send my package to, which also included the $211 some state passport fee. Quickly, post office staff recognized the Rush ******************* was indeed doing nothing to aid in getting my passport sent out easily and efficiently. I got a hold of Rush My Passport customer service, which claimed via phone they will issue my refund within 5 to 7 business days. I got another email from them saying I would need to submit a refund request, which I submitted. I hope they can hold true to their promise and send me my refund.

    I am so upset. I spent over $200 and only received a completed form. They mentioned the ability to expedite via ***** yet there instructions (after I already paid) require me to go to a ***** for a photo and then take all materials to an acceptance agent. I had to pay all normal passport fees. The Rush My Passport fee got me nothing. When I called for support, all prompts took me to a robot. How is ***** advertising this? How is this allowed?

    Total scam, paid for expedited service and process was blocked on a step where i had to call them. Got a robot on the other side that was suppose to call me back but nothing happened. Lost $300 or so and they didnt do anything. Service should be stopped.

    I saw the previous review, and I feel exactly the same way I wish there was ZERO star rating! They charged you almost $200 for nothing! I needed to fill out the form online, which is the same way as when I applied through the government website. I need to find an appointment time at my local post office, and they don't help you for that, so I had to do that anyway! They said if there is any mistake on the forms, they will send me a message. Well, when I show up for my appointment, if there is any mistake on my forms, the agent at the post office will tell me anyway! They said I will need to pay $179.53 upon my appointment. I asked for the breakdown of this amount, and he couldn't give me that! The government charges $60 for rush orders, and even though my application went through them, I had to pay this rush charge anyway, and that was included to $179! The way they advertised themselves almost looks like they are part of AAA! That is why I fell for it. I'm going to make a complaint to AAA as well.
