    Rush My Passport is a total scam. I didn't need my passport rushed, I went to the local ********* to get my picture taken and see about what or where I need to go to get my application. The guy there said I could fill it out their on their computers. So he had the Rush My Passport site up and said just follow the steps its easy. So I made an account but before I could proceed I had to pay $178.90, and I assumed that was for the passport. Then it said I had to pay an additional $211.36 for government fees. WTH are government fees, of course there was no explanation, I didn't pay that. Got home checked my email and clicked the link to download my application and the other B.S that was just a waste of paper. I went to the local post office to have it accepted and the person there told me I had the wrong application, and that there shouldn't of been a fee of a $178.90. I was told to dispute that with my bank. I went online to the US **** of State and calculated the passport fees, which came out to $165 that also included the acceptance fee. Not $211.36. When I called RMP the recording says to log onto your account and there you can request a refund. Really, where? There is no where, nothing, zero, to request a refund. There is no Help section no home page, only thing you can do is download your package, look at your itinerary if you have one, or messages. That is it. I have made three attempts to resolve this with RMP, and all I got is their automated recordings, and their absolute B.S. This seems to be the common complaint about them and why FE would partner with a *********** like ***, makes no sense.

    Hello good afternoon, thank you for contacting us. I was able to pull up the details of your order, I do see that you did pay $178.90 for our services, however the government fee is a separate fee that is paid directly to the Department of State for the processing of your passport. It's $130 for the passport book, $60 for expediting the process and $21.36 to have the passport shipped to you through **** Priority Mail that's the $211.36. It also states on our website when you're creating your order that the government fee of the $211.36 is not included in the service fee. We sent a refund request to the email that was provided please respond and allow 7-10 business day for the refund to reflect to original method of payment.

    Do not use -- they sent two notifications two weeks apart that documents were missing, and although I submitted information in a timely fashion, upon receipt of all documents the time required to review exceeds the "3 week" package I purchase and will miss my trip.

    This is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would. I started this order in JULY 2024. It is now February 2025, and I do not have a passport, and they still have my expired passport and documents. I have missed two trips because of this service. I've called and left multiple messages, and no one returns my calls. I've used the chat feature numerous times, and they either have no answers or give me incorrect information. I have now cancelled my service and was told I would receive my documents on Feb. 13. That was a week ago, and the tracking numbers shows a label was created yet nothing was done after that. Not only did I pay for rush service, they asked for additional documents and payments - all the while never receiving anything. At this point, I am considering taking legal action. ADVICE - DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS SERVICE!!

    ******** company and complete ripoff. DO NOT USE. They fill out a form for you that you can fill out for FREE and charge you $170 to do it. Someone should shut this place down and take them to court.

    * You did not submit your government fee.

    This company is an absolute ripoff. I went to obtain a new passport, then when it turned out I could renew it, it changed several things, and there was no information on how to submit all of my documentation. I went to the local ***-ex office, they could not help, I went to the local *********** they could not help, I left several messages for the company, and never received a single call back. Finally after searching relentlessly, I was able to find a chat option for support. I chatted with them, only to find out, that when the order switched from a new passport to a renewal, a shipping label was never created. Due to the severe lack of communication and customer service, I no longer felt comfortable with trusting this company to get me my passport within the timeframe needed, and therefore went to my local passport office to obtain a rush passport there. Much to my surprise, it was a fraction of the cost vs. what this company was charging me. I then requested a refund, only to be told, they would not issue me a refund, as I would have needed to request it within 72 hours... You know while trying to figure out where to ship the paperwork. This company did NO ACTUAL WORK on my file, and yet will not refund me.

    I deeply regret using RushMyPassport and wish I had researched them beforehand. I received an email stating that my passport had been delivered, but it turned out to be my old passport. When I called customer service, they told me my new passport should have been delivered but offered no real assistance. Instead, they simply referred me to the DS-86 government form, which I now have to fill out and mail inadding another three weeks to the process.I am beyond frustrated with paying extra for a service that provided absolutely nothing of value. If youre considering using this service, think twiceyou will regret it. Buyer beware!

    DONT USE THEIR SERVICES, I did an expedited order but when they received my passport they sent me an email without any proper information or instructions, I called their number all week and if you check their ***** number is different from AAA and ****** I left multiple messages every day, I have now contacted the department of state to report my passport as stolen from this company and have to canceled the money order. I REPEAT DO NOT USE @rushmypassport SERVICES THEY ARE A SCAM AND DOS ARE INVESTIGATING THEM

    I was recently scammed by rush my passport. I basically paid the cost of two expedited passports and only needed one. I will never use this company again. A waste of time. I still had to fill my own documents out, pay for passport picture and postage to have documents sent. Website is very misleading. You pay a renewal application fee only to be told you have to pay more fees once you arrive to *****. This is not a good look for you either ******
