1 starThis company is an absolute ripoff. I went to obtain a new passport, then when it turned out I could renew it, it changed several things, and there was no information on how to submit all of my documentation. I went to the local ***-ex office, they could not help, I went to the local *********** they could not help, I left several messages for the company, and never received a single call back. Finally after searching relentlessly, I was able to find a chat option for support. I chatted with them, only to find out, that when the order switched from a new passport to a renewal, a shipping label was never created. Due to the severe lack of communication and customer service, I no longer felt comfortable with trusting this company to get me my passport within the timeframe needed, and therefore went to my local passport office to obtain a rush passport there. Much to my surprise, it was a fraction of the cost vs. what this company was charging me. I then requested a refund, only to be told, they would not issue me a refund, as I would have needed to request it within 72 hours... You know while trying to figure out where to ship the paperwork. This company did NO ACTUAL WORK on my file, and yet will not refund me.Review fromGary H

1 starI deeply regret using RushMyPassport and wish I had researched them beforehand. I received an email stating that my passport had been delivered, but it turned out to be my old passport. When I called customer service, they told me my new passport should have been delivered but offered no real assistance. Instead, they simply referred me to the DS-86 government form, which I now have to fill out and mail inadding another three weeks to the process.I am beyond frustrated with paying extra for a service that provided absolutely nothing of value. DONT USE THEIR SERVICES, I did an expedited order but when they received my passport they sent me an email without any proper information or instructions, I called their number all week and if you check their ***** number is different from AAA and ****** I left multiple messages every day, I have now contacted the department of state to report my passport as stolen from this company and have to canceled the money order. 1 starI was recently scammed by rush my passport. I basically paid the cost of two expedited passports and only needed one. I will never use this company again. A waste of time. I still had to fill my own documents out, pay for passport picture and postage to have documents sent. Website is very misleading. 1 starThis company does not help our expedite your passport, it just advertise services thats not really clear. It fill out your form and charges you based on what you want but at the end of the day they do not have control of any of the items selected. When you go to the passport agency, you still have to pay for all the items you selected. This company is a scam company, not sure why ***** has their name attached to this seems like a class action law suit waiting to happen. Do not pay any money to fill out the form. The state department only takes checks or money order. There is nothing a third party can do for you to get a passport other than steal your money. Good old america. 1 starThis company does very little for their clients. They have long wait times everytime you call. They took $209 from me and their automated system filled out the application incorrectly. I ended up going to **** to work through the process since I am in a more remote town and they explained to me that this company does nothing for their clients. The portal is basic and has no information to actually help interface with the company. They mention filling out an "Electronic" refund request form within 72 hours to get your refund, but do not have this on the website or in the client portal. This company is complete garbage and it is sad that this review will not mean anything. Everyone will see this review after they have a complaint. Sad system we live in these days. I went online to obtain a passport. Filled out basic information then they ask for payment. I haven't received a service from them other than a confirmation email of payment and what documents I would need. In the meantime I contacted my local post office for what I thought was just obtaining the picture and verifying the documents and the post office collected the fee, filled out all paperwork and submitted for my passport. ************ who took my money hasn't done anything EXCEPT take $148.95 of which they refuse to refundRushmypassport.com

Good Day upon reviewing your account, I do see you have been issued a full refund of $148.95 for 8 week service.
As a new applicant the Department of State require all new Applicate to see a Passport Acceptance Agent, for validation.
We are Expeditor we ensure we meet one's travel dates, by offering multiple tier of service. I do not see where any travel plans where entered. However we do apologize if services were not clear to you as a new passport applicant. We are here Monday- Friday between 9am-7pm est to aid in anyway we can. I do not see that you called in prior to inquire how the 8 week services works to ensure this was the correct tier of service to meet your travel plans, prior to your calling in for a refund.
We are sorry that you have had a negative experience with our service offering, and hope that you will reconsider your view on Rush now that you know understand how our service works & you have been refund in full.

If could rank this with 0 stars I would.This company and service is a scam. It does not help you expedite anything or get you closer to having a passport. The fact that they advertise as a "government" service should. not be legal with a .com website. I scheduled my appt with a local passport agency per their instruction after charging me $270+ and I still had to pay the same fees to process my passport legitimately through the government agency.Please stay away from them. They should not be allowed to be in business. This is disheartening and extremely frustrating and now I'm out almost $300 for nothing!Rushmypassport.com

When you have to deal, speak, write to them, it seems they don't know what they're doing.
