  Really wish I researched this service before using it. It is shame that both ***** and AAA promote using this service.I selected the three week plan and its been more than double that. Now I am nervous that my passport is not getting to me in time for a trip, if I ever even get it all. I will happily update this review if RushMyPassport actually sends my passport in the next week or two. I'll still feel robbed, unless they do the right thing and send a check with the passport.

  Very professional, perfectly managed service. I thought I needed a more expensive service but the agent assured me that the "regular" service would meet my time frame and issued a refund. I received my passport a week early. I recommend this service very highly.

  I am requesting a full refund for two orders I submitted via ClearMes passport service platform.ClearMes site is highly misleading and gives the impression that you are completing your passport application with the **************** In reality, you are charged excessive fees for a third-party service on top of the required government processing and expedited fees. This is not clearly disclosed during the purchase process.I have made numerous attempts to contact the company. Ive called, submitted multiple support requests, and followed refund instructions that lead to a non-functional download link. Please do not direct me to call customer service no one answers. ******* already has both of my contact numbers on file and has not responded through any ********** date, I have received no human support and no refund..This service is deceptive, unresponsive, and takes advantage of consumers in time-sensitive situations. I am requesting an immediate and full refund for both orders. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will continue to escalate the matter with the *** and appropriate consumer protection agencies.

  I did not do my usual due dilligence when using this company because it was offered through the ***** website. Not sure if I should also open a complaint against ***** for being consiprators. Anyhow, this company lies in their advertisement as they neglect to mention you still have to make an appointment and go to a passport facilitation servce which was my hold up in the first place. Anyhow, I got through filling out the application on their site and not until the very end after you are chargted does it say to make an appointment with a passport faciliation location before they can do anything. When I knew this serice was not going to help, I DID NOT download the application as the refund instructions state if you download the application, you are no longer eligible for refend. I submitted a refund request on their form as instructed. Called a few days later to get a status but they claimed I downloaded the application after keep puttingn me on hold to check with "the team" so I am no longer eligable. I went to the order and wouldn't you know it, they manipulated my application to look like I downloaded it. This must have been what "the team" was doing. The download button was no longer available and I only had the option to view my application. That has to be a crime itself. Was told I had to now dispute it **** their billing ***** but never sent form as indicated to me on phone. This company STEALS your money. I am handling my passport myself. I have reported this company to the ************************ and the Georgia Attorney General. I think they should also take action against ***** for giving the appearance of legitimacy. Is there action that can be taken against ******

  I want to give zero stars. This is a scam. I went to the courthouse to have the application sealed, and they would not take any of the rushmypassport.com documentation. The man I spoke to on the phone even misled me regarding the services provided, knowing full well he was lying to me. Now they are refusing to refund me for services that will not and cannot be provided. I trusted their affiliation with *****, but it is truly just a scam. Post covid, their service is worthless.

  Zero stars if I could and I think I may have been scammed $183.90. Like other reviews before mine, there is no refund option on the my.govworks site and I was able to get someone to submit my refund on 4.10.2025 but nothing returned as of yet. I did see from another post reply from Rushmypassport that it may take 7-10 business days so I will give it a few more. If you are reading this and are thinking about this service, they do not have a direct option to speak to someone, and I called, waited about 40 mins finally did the "receive a call back option" and started to leave my voicemail and it hung up. Someone from rushmypassport why don't you rush my refund since I rushed my payment for this "service" which hasn't done anything at all but waste time.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have absolutely no idea why this company exists. It's useless. I paid almost $300 for a new passport, still had to purchase photos AND pay the extra for the 2-3 week turn around at the location they told me to go to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I will be writing the state attorney general about this because they misled me into thinking I paid all my fees with their service.

  I paid $450+ to get my passport 7-9 day expedited. I'm writing this review because after I sent my documents in I started reading a lot of bad reviews for this service. But honestly it worked exactly as it said it would. I sent my completed documents and passport in the mail on 4/1 and received my new passport on 4/9 (even though when I spoke with someone they forecasted a 4/16 delivery date). I'm thrilled I can actually go on my vacation - the cost was well worth it. My suggestion to everyone is just confirm you have all the proper documents completed EXACTLY as your directed. Missing any of the forms or incorrectly completing them seems to lead to delays. I would also ignore an email you will receive from the **************** after they get your passport that says it will take 2-3 weeks for expedited service: that is a generic, automated email. Overall I love this service and want people to know it is NOT A SCAM.

  Horrible scam of a service. Promised to get passport on 3 weeks and we are at well 4 with no passport. When calling to ask for help on status they instructed me to call the passport agency myself. I paid them $300 to handle this and they claimed the $300 would guarantee I would get my passport on time. It was a waste of money and untruthful about their services. A scam I would never recommend.
