    There was data issues with their platform in connection to another platform, that they admitted to and they said any losses that occur will be recovered. My account ****************** was $4500 and the platform froze at this time. They refuse to recover my funds even though they stated they would the previous day. I was even okay with them reinstating my account to live status (Reset) and they denied me. I am seeking help to resolve this. I spent $1499 for this account.

    The customer stated that there was an error from our third party data provider that caused him to have an account malfunction. We reached out to the customer and found a solution that worked for both the customer and *********************************************. The customer has since returned to ********************************************* and has bought more products since the incident. From reviewing the interaction with the customer, we can firmly state they both parties are happy (10/16/2024).

    Take Profit Trader is prop trading firm dealing with futures and forex trading.I passed an evaluation account with Take Profit Trader. in order to proceed to their funded account phase. On the first day in my PRO funded account, I made $4700, enough to request a payout per their payout rules. Fast forward to about an hour later and I get an error message where I can't cancel any orders, and a message saying contact my broker. I couldn't do anything.I contacted customer support who proceeded to tell me June 20th that my issue has been escalated to their manager for further evaluation and I should expect to hear from them in 1-3 hours. I sent them a series of messages asking to please expedite the process so my account wouldn't get liquidated. I made sure to take screenshots of the original balances before the issues came up as my account value was slowly dwindling. I was assured that once reviewed if my account was liquidated they would reinstate the account. They said there was nothing they could do and to wait for the manager's response.A full day passed, account now liquidated. I follow up the next day asking how much longer until I'd hear a response, they said the manager was busy and it would be a bit longer. It took a few messages until I get a message that just said "next time contact ********* and save logs". I told them that's good to know for future reference, but still doesn't fix my issue, especially considering the amount of profit i made on the first day. After this, radio silence. Multiple attempts to contact them were ignored, until this morning when i receive another email saying "looks like they already told you to contact tradovate".This falls under services not provided, I paid to be evaluated and granted access to a funded account that I can trade with. Since they have no intention of making the situation right, and clearly had no intention of paying me out after I made money, I'm looking for a full refund on any thing I spent with them.
