    WORST customer service I purchased an account with this company recently on dic/072025 i had an acivation problem I contactted them by email.AND they responded almost 24 hrs late.they couldnt help me, I DECIDE cancel the service and they wrote me the policy refund stated that they couldnt give me a full refund because I used the account when I never made a trade in real account only a got demo account ..

    Denied my payout for no reason I didn't break any rules and I've spent over 4000$ training

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how important payouts are to our traders, and we always review each case carefully and fairly.
    Regarding this specific payout request, our team conducted a full audit of the account activity. During this review, we confirmed a rule violation involving trading against another account. Specifically, the activity on TAKEPROFITPRO798798249 was found to be trading directly against TAKEPROFITPRO946752782. These accounts are all traced back to you. 
    This type of coordinated trading is strictly prohibited under our program rules, as it creates an unfair trading advantage and violates the terms agreed to by all traders. Because of this confirmed violation, the payout request could not be approved.
    We understand the customers frustration; however, we must apply our rules consistently to ensure a fair environment for all traders in the program. The decision was based solely on the documented activity and the clear violation identified during our review.

    Of all prop firms, I like REMOVEDthe most. They say what they mean and do what they say. This deserves at least an A rating. They pay without a delay or numerous phantom rule violations, like Apex Trader Funding. Preservation of capital is respected and sought after. Like many here, I have experienced the customer service sluggishness at times. However, there are tons of "why" and "how" questions regarding the execution and management of the account. But this firm tries hard to get its customers the answers they require. So I will be patient and keep waiting for perfect customer service someday. In the imperfect world, this is a notch above just good.

    Horrific scam of a company. Zero customer service support. Latent market data, non-responsive...AVOID at all costs.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing the account, the liquidation was not due to system issues but because the trailing drawdown limit was breached. Your highest balance reached $75,000, which moved your trailing drawdown limit to $72,500. When the account balance later dropped to $72,402.50, it fell below that limit, which automatically triggers closure under our program rules.
    We understand this can be disappointing, and were committed to improving our support responsiveness. If you need clarification on how the trailing drawdown works, were here to assist.

    I only trade from 8:30am to 9:15am. My PRO account has been disabled by Take Profit Trader because my trades were past 17:00/5:00PM EST??? Which makes no sense because I closed out all my trades once I'm done by 9:15am. I only had this PRO account for 2 DANG DAYS! This is so wrong. I'm not sure that I will be using this prop firm again. It's too good to be true.

    You're completely abandoned once you get a live account. The A+ from the BBB is misleading and should be removed to accurately reflect the statements from people who lost hard earned money using this fraudulent company. I have MULTIPLE receipts of just being ignored, and in this recent case of now obtaining a live account, I hit the REMOVEDand now my account is still in auto liquidation a whole day after. I will never use this company again and it's deliberative manipulative practices. I went from being next in the chat to speak with an agent, to having them make me have to quest to talk to a human again, all within the same chat, within the same hour, making me think that someone is deliberately resetting chats and ignoring requests. Over 100 complaints is no coincidence, especially if they are say similar things.... even you need to do better BBB.

    First, regarding your communication with our support team weve experienced a high volume of chats, which may have caused some delays. However, upon reviewing your case, we confirmed that REMOVEDfrom our REMOVEDteam responded to all your inquiries, providing you explanation why the account was disabled and screenshots of your account activity, on the same day your chat was submitted. So regarding your concern about chat positioning and response times our chat system automatically re-queues sessions if they are inactive for a period of time, or if multiple inquiries are opened simultaneously. There is no manual intervention or deliberate action taken to reset chats. Our goal is always to respond as efficiently as possible, and REMOVEDwas able to meet that by answering your questions on the same day you submitted your chat.
    Finally, you mentioned in your complaint that you hit the Drawdown Limit. Reaching the Drawdown Limit constitutes a violation of the account rules, which results in auto-liquidation of the account. This process remains in place until the account is reset, as per the standard program rules, to allow trading to continue.
    We understand your frustration and genuinely regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused. Please know that we value your feedback, and your experience helps us identify areas where we can improve our service.

    REMOVEDis absolutely atrocious. Numerous emails and numerous "chat talks" with very little help when they do respond days or weeks later it's never much help
