    **************** is absolutely atrocious. Numerous emails and numerous "chat talks" with very little help when they do respond days or weeks later it's never much help

    Hello, I have been trying to get help for a billing issue with TakeProfits for weeks. I keep getting emails from TakeProfits stating that my monthly payment did not process and I need to update my bank information on my account. I have attempted several times to update my information via the TakeProfits dashboard. When I enter my bank/credit card information I get a message stating that my bank and credit card are currently on file with TakeProfits. I have attempted many emails and have tried using the chat tool in the TakeProfits dashbard. It's been weeks and many attempts to connect with a human to get answers and my issue remains unresolved. When I use the chat tool it says, "an agent will be with you shortly. You're up next". I wait for hours but never connect with an agent. This is very frustrating. TakeProfits Trader has the worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced. They never get back to you and your issue is almost guaranteed to go unresolved. All I want is to connect with a human being to address my billing issue.

    ****************. They supply you with credentials to trade through other websites. My password or username THEY supplied does not work. And I have reached out to them almost every day for over 2 weeks and no one has helped me whatsoever. They copy and paste same help explanation telling me to clear cache. When I tell them Ive done everything and that every other propfirm works fine on same platform they again tell me to clear my cache or just dont reply at all. Literally stole 115$ or whatever I paid with 0 effort into fixing my problem. Do not use them.

    This company has terrible customer service. On top of that, this company has constant technical issues that dont get addressed. Ive had multiple experiences of trades being placed in my accounts that I dont place that fail my accounts. This is a company that is built around traders failing and it seems they may even go to further lengths to ensure traders wont become successful. Absolutely do not recommend this company. The customer service has become especially bad in the last 6 months.

    Total scam. **************** takes forever to get back to you. Ive been trying to resolve an issue with takeprofittrader and I havent been able to. They charged my account the next month and I still havent reached anywhere with them. Please do not purchase any challenges from them. This is a very unprofessional company and youll regret doing business with them. I have the paper trail to prove.

    I have purchased this company service and had a problem setting the account up. Contacted the company three times to try to get resolved. They tried to contact me once but I had waited so long I could not wait any longer. The other two times they never tried to contact me. I paid good money for the service and did not even get their discount. I would like to keep the service but there communication is terrible.
