Please send me the job number associated with your file as we do not have your name or email. No interactions between Bronze star Moving have taken place and you have never been in communication with my office. Please review whatever company you did contact and please make sure you reach out to them.

  My mother fell victim to a romance scam.After discovering of how much money my mother was swindled out of by committing her to a psychiatric facility, we learned my mother had put her house for sale willing to move for a person she never met away from her family. She had contacted Bronze Star for her moving needs. After my mother realized what had happened with this scam, i had contacted this company for a full refund of the deposit my mother had given. After explaining the situation, Bronze Star agreed to fully refund the deposit. I am forever grateful. Thank you guys for all your help.

  I had a very difficult situation when it came to contracting a interstate moving company for my grandson. There were A LOT atypical factors that I was not able to get any other company to help me find a resolution for. After speaking for over an hour and a half, I knew that I was with the right company. The agent (***********************) reached out to me and went well above and beyond to do whatever was in her power to provide a successful, stress-free transfer of property. There was never a doubt in my mind that this company was the right one for me. The sincerity and confidence in the credibility of the company was evident from day one. I was inundated with companies emailing me in an attempt to gain my business, which for me was annoying and just made me more comfortable with Bronze ******************************************************* My entire transport was designed personally to meet our needs. I was given as much time as I needed to ask as many questions as I needed to feel comfortable with this nearly ***** mile move.. this move was not just a pick up and move. There were many internal arrangements that needed to be taken care of on the part of the moving company in order for a successful end, and she(******) never refused to make it work for **. WE were ALWAYS top priority in every way. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants honest, stress free delivery that is definitely affordable. Thank so much, again. *****

  Here are reasons to not book Bronze Star moving company for your next move Bronze is the actual broker not the movers which I learned this after the fact. Word of advice. Never book with a broker cause they dont care what happens after they get their share of money. Initially they are extremely nice because they want your money. You are lured in with excellent customer service and promises to have the best experience for your move. After they get the first deposit, customer service goes from great to very poor. what they dont tell you is they will outsource your moving with another company that has terrible ratings everywhere. And prices can change significantly. The rating for this particular company after finding out about it 24 hrs before the move I was devastated. I called and texted *** and ***** about how unhappy I was about the outsourcing and they did not respond to me one time. I felt they abandoned me after they got their money. It was deceitful and very unappreciated. When the moving company that I had no choice but to use got here, there were things that Bronze did not do a good job describing like how large my couches were so we got charge extra for that. *****To be continue there is not enough space *****

  Scam from the start. Get estimate, pay large deposit, then on moving day (mine was late December 2022) your told half of your items weren't listed, your items are larger and evidently the box count was for shoe boxes not large space eating boxes; and you have a choice, pay a lot more, leave stuff behind, or cancel and loose deposit. In my case two items and three boxes were missing on delivery to *****. Delivery man said items were in ****** warehouse and would be delivered on next truck from ******. Several calls, and over two months later, got the missing curio stand and desk frame but missing boxes never showed or admitted to. One box of glassware apparently had a chair leg driven through it breaking the contents. Antique China cabinet had top caved in, and Old Grandfather clock gave up the ghost.

  They turned the moving day into a breeze! They went above & beyond, were quick and efficient. Nothing was damaged in the move. I recommend them enthusiastically to everyone I know.

  These guys could not have been better!! They showed up right on time, were extremely diligent to wrap everything, worked non-stop and they were also the cheapest quote by a significant margin.

  Terrific experience! They were professional and respectful of our belongings. I love how they wrap everything up so nothing is damaged. The owner who schedules the appointments is super responsive.
