    We recently used Bronze Star Moving and Storage for a cross-country relocation, and they made a daunting logistically complex move surprisingly straightforward. The crew was not only strong and fast but also brilliantly strategic in packing the truck to maximise space and ensure nothing shifted during the long journey. All of our belongings arrived at the new house on the scheduled day and in perfect condition, without a single scratch or dent. Their clear communication throughout the entire process, from the packing coordinator to the drivers, kept us informed and at ease. For anyone facing a major move, this is the company that will remove the burden and deliver a flawless experience.

    It went extremely well. The movers took extra precautions to make sure none of our high-end furniture was damaged and made sure that everything was to our liking. At the end they wanted us to walk through and make sure that everything got done and that we didnt forget anything so all in all it was probably one of the best moving experiences Ive ever had!

    Basically Bronze Star Moving and Storage is more than I have ever experienced in moving and believe me, I moved a lot! Starting with easiest reservation process and ending with the most professional movers I have ever met. It's like in a very fancy expensive restaurant- they wear gloves, they nice and polite, smiling all the time while doing their hard work and they took care of everything! Packing and wrapping with care, moving and hauling heavy items as there were pillows. Very professional! I would recommend this great experience to anyone who cares about his health and belongings, Bronze Star Moving and Storage is a blast! Thank you guys!

    These guys couldnt have done a better job! They were very attentive and made sure that all of our belongings were properly protected and secured. They made sure that all of the items were placed back in our preferred locations and just had a positive and professional attitude the whole way through!

    I've moved five times in the last 5 years, and this was by far the best moving experience I've ever had. The crew was punctual, professional, and worked with an impressive rhythm that got my three-bedroom house loaded and unloaded in record time without a single casualty. Their communication was excellent, and the final bill was exactly as quoted with no surprises. If you're looking for a company that treats your belongings with the same care you would, look no further.

    Had the best experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage and team. They packed and moved my family during a heat wave with three flights of stairs on both ends of the move. They all had the best attitude and were so professional and kind. They treated our stuff with so much care.This was our first time using the Professionals and it was the best moving experience weve ever had by ****** grateful that they made this move go so smoothly.Thank you so much!

    ***** and crew did an outstanding job with our move! We had a ton of boxes, crates and furniture, and they handled everything carefully and worked efficiently. They made sure everything was set up how we wanted it. They finished the job quicker than anticipated as well. This was our second time using The Professionals and would definitely recommend!

    Bronze Star Moving and Storage were absolutely fantastic! Extremely professional, sociable, careful and efficient. They did a fantastic job moving me to a new city and were great guys overall. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and my total price was very close to my estimate. Couldnt recommend more!!

    I had a great experience with Bronze Star Moving & Storage! The team arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They were polite, respectful, and made the entire moving process much less stressful. Everything was delivered safely and in perfect condition. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and professional movers!

    Bronze Star touts that they are a "veteran-owned" company, implying that they care, however, they weren't honest with us.This company specifically told us that they are a broker and that they use their moving trucks/staff. The truth is that they brokered our move to a horrible company - ******************** from ************, **. I left a review for A&S **************** with the BBB, also with a one-star review. We tried contacting Bronze Star to file a complaint, but they don't return any calls. They've wiped their hands clean of their responsibility to move us themselves and hired an irresponsible company to do the job. We ended up with about $25,000 worth of damaged furniture and belongings, and no one will take ***************** someone who's made several cross-country moves, I've never had an experience like this. This company should be ashamed of throwing around their "veteran" status, which implies trust, when in fact they don't care what happens to their customers.
