  Bronze Star Moving and Storage has been amazing for me. For the great prices I have used them to move and they not only delivered all my stuff, but they were timely, well priced and very friendly. I would highly recommended them to anyone as they were outstanding and very reliable unlike many movers who tend to lose stuff and not arrive on time. For the price this company exceeds expectations and I would use them again upon moving. 10/10.

  Silver tongued, snakes . These people are not your friend and will burn you anychance they get. Make sure to read the contract and measure your items when they are loaded up. Dont make any changes to your list, they will take full advantage of that (even if you more items out than you add they will charge you as much as they can get away with. Take their quote and assume youre paying at least double. Be careful

  For our move, Bronze Star Moving and Storage Incorporated offered trustworthy storage options. Their storage facilities provided plenty of room for our items and were kept up nicely.   DO NOT USE. Theyll charge you double, be 10 days late from delivery, lose half your stuff, show up at 11pm and threaten to leave your stuff on the sidewalk unless you pay them even more money. (I had to call the cops)ITS A SCAM. READ THE REVIEWS FROM ACTUAL CUSTOMERS.

  We are sorry to hear about your experience. Upon further investigation, there is a lot of the story left out before getting to you contacting the police.
  
  Your driver did not scream at you to be ready for delivery. The driver and crew were running late due to traffic. They were making efforts to deliver your items as soon as possible. When they informed you they were almost there, you insisted on refusing the delivery because it was late. After yelling about getting your items delivered now. Instead of waiting until an appropriate time the following morning, they came to deliver to avoid further inconvenience.
  
  You also refused to pay the charges that you had signed for at the time of loading and at the delivery. When you refused to pay the balance owed at delivery, the movers explained that, per our policy, if payment was not made, your items would be removed from the truck and placed on the sidewalk. You would then be responsible for bringing them into your home. This was done to uphold our payment policy.
  
  You contacted our customer service department on 10/05/2023 and spoke to ******. ****** provided you with claims information to file for any damaged items to be covered by the carrier's insurance. We did attempt to reach out to your drivers to check the truck for a missing box. However, your actions at the delivery, including threats and refusal to pay, led to the situation escalating. Law enforcement, when contacted, determined that nothing criminal had occurred.
  
  We have worked with you since the delivery of the items and have made every effort on our end to ensure your items were returned. Regrettably, we have not heard back from the crew, and you also reached out directly to the driver. We want to emphasize that we are your broker, and this situation does not make it a scam. Due to the actions taken by you at the delivery, the driver refuses to address the situation any further. We provided you with the necessary claim forms to file for lost or damaged goods.

  *** Owner, *** Owner, **** customer service and Court Supervisor will all lie to you and Not back you and tell you they are not brokers just to get you locked in.You will have a bad experience 100%. Their Supervisors are allowed to use foul language, swear words, degrade you and scream obscenities at you. on top of all this they will Completely over charge you and ignore you when you need help knowing where everything you own is located. I would not trust them to move a tiny rock in my driveway.

  This client was refunded. He also used hate speech and commented criminal harassment against my customer service team. He did realize delivery was anywhere from 5 days up to 31 business days. He received his shipment in 2 weeks. He was not updated on delivery because he called my customer service department and used hateful words and foul language. He also received a refund in the amount of $500 dollars even after he A criminal act or attempted criminal act against an individual or group of individuals because of their actual or perceived race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, or disability was used when screaming at my customer service representative. He was updated and I personally spoke with the clients father and *** refunded this client $500 dollars for the movers that used 3 of his medium packing boxes to soft pad an extra pod Rob furniture of the client requested that was more than reasonable. The client agreed and accepted the refund and I provided the bbb with the transaction Receipt from July 17th 2023.

  Unfortunately we have already resolved the issue with this individual and due to the language and obscenities by the client, We will no longer participate in responding to this complaint, as the original complaint filed by this client used nothing but foul language and miss information on top of hate speech against a community of individuals. Hopefully the bbb finds this client in direct violation of community standards and does not allow it.
