    Just outstanding! The two movers helping us were nothing short of professional. They were kind, pleasant, quick, efficient, careful with our belongings, and insisted that neither we nor our friends lifted anything heavy. They were such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

    They showed up on time, and were extremely professional. We had a small apartment and they got everything on the truck in under an hour. Arrived at our new home promptly and had no problem with two flights of stairs. They gave us plenty of time to make sure we got everything on the truck and went out of their way to put everything in the correct room before leaving. They did a wonderful job and I would easily book them again.

    The customer support from ********************** Star ********************** and ******************** was exceptional. They patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable information to help me prepare for the move. They even offered packing tips and reminders about essential documents. The movers themselves were friendly and approachable, making the moving day less stressful. The only reason I'm not giving them a perfect score is that they were a little delayed in responding to one of my emails. Nevertheless, their service was commendable.

    The 3-man team showed up exactly on-time, asked a few questions of what needed to be done, and got started in a flash. No time wasted whatsoever, and they did not stop at all until the job was fully completed.They were even kind enough to make a quick stop at my new apartment to drop off a few boxes, then head down to the storage facility where the remainder of my things would be stored. What would have taken me an entire day to complete (maybe 2 days), the 3-man team accomplished in just 2 hours... from start to finish... Amazing!!Seriously... thanks for all your help, guys. It took a lot of the stress off my mind knowing that everything was in good hands. Thank you so much!!

    I had a super great experience with bronze star moving company from the suburbs into the city. They were communicative, careful with my belongings and very efficient, and I felt super at ease the whole time

    They met us with their truck at the store, loaded the boxes, then unpacked the chairs at our home and removed an existing couch to be donated to Habitat for Humanity. They also removed all of the packaging. They were super friendly and respectful of our home. Highly recommended.

    From the beginning to the end, Bronze Star Moving offered excellent service. Their movers handled our items with care and professionalism, and they moved quickly. They provided the best quote out of all the firms we contacted, and their price was reasonable for such excellent work. Strongly advised for a stress-free relocation!

    The movers from Bronze Star Moving and Storage were exceptionally courteous and respectful throughout the entire move. They listened to my specific requests and handled my belongings with care. The team was friendly, making the moving process less stressful. I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. The only minor issue was a small scratch on one of my wooden chairs, but overall, it was a positive experience.

    I recommend Bronze Star Moving if needing movers. The team made sure things went well. They gave the best cost compared to other companies. Even though cheaper, their service was nice. Look to Bronze Star Moving if wanting good movers at a fair price.
