      I made a reservation on 7/20/24 with HotelPlanner.com, but didnt see the hidden charges added at the end of the transaction until my card had already been processed. I attempted to stop the transaction from going through, however, wasnt able to in time. I called the hotel directly and was quoted a price much less than HotelPlanner. I then told the hotel that I wanted to book through them and cancel the booking through HP, which they did. I also called HP and made sure it was cancelled. I was told by HP that my payment would be refunded back to my account. Well, that was on 7/20/24 and still no refund, but was sent a hotel voucher on same day, which I didnt request nor can use. Ive called their customer service line multiple times and was told this would be resolved in the next business day or two. It has not. Ive sent screenshots of my cancellation, including dates and times with no response. I will never go through this company again. They are very deceptive and will not attempt to refund your money. Please keep in mind the cancellation through HotelPlanner.com was completed within one hour of making the reservation. Per their policy, I should have received a refund back to my account.

      ******* was very helpful, even taking the time to tell me a little about ****** LA my family and I have never been! Even more excited about our trip after talking to him! We will be calling back to book a reservation as soon as we have definitive dates! Thank you Sir!

      **** was so helpful and patient and came up with a solution to allow me to book my room for 3 nights for an upcoming family reunion . I appreciate j and helping and care very much.

      After 3 times calling to book a room, I finally got ********!! The first time was a complete disaster I didnt catch his name but he spoke very fast with an accent! He was going to hang up on me terrible service!!! He just said this is the price take it or leave it would not answer any questions. But ******** answered all our questions and was so very nice! I wouldnt have stayed there if it wasnt for him! He deserves a raise!!! The first *** deserves to be fired for treating customers like shit! Thank you so much ******** being nice goes a long way since I could have got a cheaper rate through booking!
