      This agent ***** lied to me stating she was a representative at the hotel I was booking. She said I could apply the government rate with no taxes, AFTER I check out vs while booking with her. When I got to the hotel I asked about this. The service reps informed me the person who booked my room was NOT from that hotel and they do NOT have the ability to remove taxes or apply government rate. The booking rep flat out lied. I called these people twice trying to get this canceled and received nothing but a receipt for the room charge. These people are frauds and Im reporting this to Citibank and the department of defense pay office. Shame on them! They pay for a higher spot on a ****** search so you find them before the actual hotel. This is disgusting!
