1 starI booked a room through this site which I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. The website stated that the room would cost ****** for the night and that it was nonrefundable. When I put my credit card information in the system and completed the transaction they charged me $492.24 for the room. When I contacted them they said that they would need to contact the hotel to see if they would allow the reservation to be cancelled. The reservation was cancelled and they informed me that I would be getting a refund to the original form of payment. Fast forward 2 weeks and there has not been any refund to my credit card. I called again today and they stated that i would be receiving a voucher to use in the future. I was upset when I was informed about the voucher and requested to speak with a supervisor and the representative told me that they were in a meeting. I requested again to please speak with a supervisor and then the representative hung up on me. I am appalled at the way that I was treated. I work very hard for my money and I don't have money like that to throw away.
