      she was very helpful and your website was not. I need to check and see if I did have a reservation. your website and information I could find would only lead me to make a reservation. also when I calt the reservation line it said I had to call the hotel. it gave me no option to connect directly. she did give me the hotel number to check.

      The people were nice in the phone, but the service overall was unhelpful. We asked for a decent hotel with pool and were told wed be staying at a Best Western. When we got to the hotel, it was extremely run down. It didnt say Best Western on it anywhere, let alone look like a hotel. It looked more like an abandoned building. Only one other car was in the parking lot and we werent sure if we were in the right place. I went in and it was a hotel, but everything was broken (such as listed amenities) and the pool wasnt open (I imagine it hadnt been for a while). The company booked us another hotel and gave us a credit for future stays.. I thought this was unacceptable - we were extremely misled about the first hotel we paid for. I have called multiple times to try to get our money back. Tickets for help are submitted but never followed up on. I guess were just out the money because we will not be using their service again.

      Im only putting one star because I couldnt put zero! We talked to ******* when we called a TRU to book a room. ******* told us that they were full but he could book us with a hotel that belonged to their parent company which was called extended stay. He advised us that there would be someone there to check us in and there absolutely was not! What ******* sold us was a booking in a drug haven! There were people openly using drugs all over the property and when we tried to leave, my wife and 4 year old daughter were harassed by these people. Weve contacted the company and demanded our money back and customer service was less than helpful in that aspect as well.

      This was a horrible experience. I thought I was actually speaking with an employee of the Super 8 Motel in **********, **. ****** never identified herself as a representative of Hotel Lodging and I repeatedly told her that my reservations were to be made fully refundable. Initially, she said the reservations were fully refundable then she tried to change up and say they were nonrefundable. I told her that I did not agree to that. There were supposed to be 3 reservations made, she only made 1 and booked the room under my mother's name instead of mine. Upon seeing the room, which was totally unacceptable, I cancelled the reservation and was told that my booking was nonrefundable. I contacted customer care, they sent it up to escalations they investigated and I was told that a full refund would be issued within 10 business days. It has been 10 business days and I still have not received my refund.
