      I was misinformed when I made my phone call. I was led to believe it was the hotel itself. The Holiday Inn express that I was talking to you. I made the reservation and I specifically asked If I could cancel, and I was told I could. After I hung up, I got an email that said I purchased a consolation policy which I never did, and it was limited. I immediately called back within 10 minutes of this reservation and was told they have to listen to the tape to make sure that was what happened. The next day, I get an email stating that I would get a refund within 10 days and I have never received it. The only thing that was refunded was the $60 for the cancellation policy that I never purchased and never gave permission to put in my credit card, I called the Holiday Inn express and they told me they never received any money from you and that you were a subsidiary of Expedia. I tried several phone calls to both Expedia and your number and can only get the reservation extension. I have reported this to my credit card company, and if this is not resolved in my favor, I will reported to the state because I consider this fraud .

      The representative rushed me and talked too fast just to get my $25 booking fee! She absolutely LIED. i specifically asked if this was the direct hotel reservation line, and NOT a booking company, and she said yes, this is the hotel. Its no easier to pay some nitwit to make my reservation over the phone than to just do it myself. This is a RIP-OFF and the jokes on me.
